Rear Admiral Orias tapped at the console in front of her, finishing the message to each Command Member, summoning them to a meeting aboard her ship. Hanger crews where already making preperations for arrivals, moving Guardians and Upholders from one of the main hangers into storage bays, and creating areas large enough for shuttles to land, before moving back to thier quarters. Each had recreation time untill the first shuttle landed, when they would return to the hangar to guide each member to the viewing room.

The viewing room was a large, circular room on the upper deck of the carrier. Only one of its walls was bolt-studded steel, and the other three where made of reinforced glass, gently curving in together at the ceiling to form a shallow dome, stansions of iron and plate criss-crossing the panoramic view of both Hangars and the surrounding asteroid field, as well as one of the massive domed aircraft control rooms amidship.

A large table was set up in this room, a shief of papers in place in front of the half-dozen chairs along each side. Several white-uniformed staff sat in conftable couches along the solid wall, taking a moment of rest while thier officers where absent, but ready to serve drinks to the gethered comand.

Watching the preperations through the many security cameras arranged around her ship, Orias smiles to herself, leaning back in the squared chair in the centre of the Bridge, ignoring the many Bridge Officers scuttling around her and bustling about the general runnings of a warship. She'd move herself to the viewing room once a few of her collegues had arrived, it wouldn't do to seem too eager after all. She had an image to uphold.

Mike had only a short way to make to meetiing room. Recent issues, such as Junction rebuilding operation, made him practically bound to his desk...
Well... it was a mess not a desk actually...
He grabbed some papers from top of stack and walked out of his office.
The meeting was planned to take place at the same floor - just a 2 minutes walk from his office.
He walked into Viewing Room. He smiled as he saw he was first to get there.
He dropped his papers on the table as it was something mostly disgusting and sat on his chair trying to relax a bit.

As soon as O'Neal had seated himself, one of the Uniformed Staff aproached his possition, holding out a laminated list of drinks, as though he where aboard a cruise liner, not a warship.

Cpt. Jacob Gordons quickly got out of his personal Grizzly's cockpit that was now docked in the massive hanger of the carrier. He had made his way over from the LNS Asgard as soon as he got the message. By the time he got to the viewing room he was out of breath. Need to start clocking more exercise hours in, he thought to himself as he sat in his designated chair. "Hope I'm not late," he remarked once he caught his breath.

Claire's crippled ship is found floating towards the carrier with its engines disabled. after a speedy recovery, her ship is halted, and scuttled. Claire rushes to the meeting to debreif the high command of her unexpected departure. Flustered, she does not wait for the medical crew to examine her before she departs from the hanger.

I have just returned, so I'm still catching up in info, $ and skills once again. Tongue

The Crew chief of the Hangar Claires battered ship touched down in, if such a phrase could be used to describe the mauled wreck, rubbed the bridge of his nose as he eyed the scattered parts over his hand. Waving a hand to the crew on standby, and taking a moment to watch them swarm over the wreck, taking over and replacing the fire crews that had doused the entire frame in foam. It was going to be one of those days it seemed.

~~~
Two more staff crew in the viewing room stood as Claire rushed into thee domed room, sharing a look and rolling thier eyes before gliding to the table, standing next to both her and Gordons and extending laminated papers to match the one Mike had been given, the attendant waiting on him standing patiently.
~~~

Up on the Main Bridge Orias waved away a Lieutenant who had just finished a detailed report, and laid the bunch of paperwork on her lap, returning her attention to the monitors showing the Viewing room and tapping her fingers against the steel armrest in impatience. Her science officer had better have a good explanation for keeping them waiting, arriving before all of them had assembled would look poor, and lack etiquitte she mused.

The shuttle had just openend it's passenger ramp when Bennet Marco ran out of it, with masses of papers lying in his arms. He was already late, but it was a miracle that he even found everything he needed in the big mess which was also called his office. Though Bennet pushed a poor Petty Officer out of his way he reached the meeting room. Finally he entered the room where everyone else seemed to be ready. In a desperate try to make a joke he said: "Damn, the traffic is terrible today...well..okay." Then Bennet quietly took place on his chair...

Giving an exasperated sigh, Orias made her way down to the viewing room, followed by an aide carrying a dozen envelopes and stacks of paperwork, stopping to wait for a young officer to pick himself, and his clipboard up, and then entering the room with him in tow a few minutes later. Striding over to the table and taking her seat, she leaves the two officers in tow to stand behind her, one of them giving Marco a short glare. After taking one of the envelopes from her aid and moving the contents to the table, she sits back, orders a Wine Mango from the waiting staff, and finaly turns her attention to the assembled officers.

"Nice of you to turn up, Mister Marco, eventualy. Now down to buisness, does anyone have anything that requires imediate attention?"

O'Neal finally decided to order a glass of water. He was already tired and drinking any alcohol right now would probably end up pretty bad.
He gazed around looking if someone else would like to start... He leaned back on his chair then, half closing his eyes and focusing on others' voices.
