In the interest of full public disclosure I hate base supply runs but that's not why I implemented this fix in the plugin. I implemented the fix because a) I knew it wouldn't take a complete rewrite, b) I was bored and missed working with FLHook, and c) this is clearly something the admins wanted to implement but were unable to do so because of technical restrictions.

I second the notion of reducing Wear & Tear for bases. I feel like a lot of people spend so much time maintaining PoBs that they lose time and chances to RP. Even with an entire faction backing a single base, it's still a pain to have to waste time "feeding the beast" so frequently when you could be using that time interacting with others.

Could we please get some admin green-text confirming the new wear and tear rates? I remember being told it was it reduced by a factor of 6, but a) I don't trust my memory that well, and b) I won't remember it forever.

Although im not green, I made a test on my POBs:
590 damage/minute
35400 damage/hour
849600 damage/day

Core1 with 8M HP will last 226 hours (9,4 days)

So it looks like wear&tear was reduced to 50%.

As for repairs, im not sure, when I got back to my POBs less than 30 minutes later, they were fully repaired. So repairs are at least 3,5M/30minutes, could be faster. Which seems like standard time.

damage_per_tick + (core_level * damage_per_tick)
every 120 seconds: 600 + (Core level * 600)

Core 1: 1200 every 120 seconds
Core 2: 1800 every 120 seconds
Core 3: 2400 every 120 seconds
Core 4: 3000 every 120 seconds
Core 5: 3600 every 120 seconds

So all that changed now is the amount of repair supplies you gotta bring each day.

Basically your Base is using 1440 RA per 24 hours

Errr... does this influence base sieges? The 20 seconds repair frequency decreased to only 120 seconds. The base repairs 60000 dmg perc tick. Now 60000 dmg repaired every 20 seconds is WAY faster, than 60000 damage repaired every 120 seconds. (Except if the repair amount is increased 6-fold to 360 000 every 120 second)

Anyone?
