This is bad business and causes jealousy and contempt in the ranks, my men are tired & really
homesick and certainly when this Frigate's been taken now they're positively mutinous.
Junkers will think this is a sure sign of Congress doing and my men are already clamoring like
geese for disbandment, i know they dont seem so unhappy and they'll not show their discontent,
it gets them whipped!
I tell you Congressmen, i'm at my wits end...

Thank you for this report Lucius. Not only does he steal our ship, but he seems to have an attitude about it as well. All Junkers are authorized to hunt this vessel and destroy it on sight.

Greetings fellow Junkers!

Today has been a good day for the Congress. We were able to get alot of stuff we needed to get our new base San Juan to full operation. These particulair items were needed to build a weapon platform. Things were going very smooth, only in New York when we wen't for Robotics and Industrial Materials there was a thing with the Navy. They didn't very much liked the presence of the Pirate Trans.. JT was flying in. They started making a fuzz that the ship was illegal and such... like always, so we had to take some other way around to get the supplies which were located at Trenton Outpost.
No problem, JT wen't below the radar and flew to Rochester and I hault the supplies from Trenton to him at Rochester. And the Navy didn't notice anything. We flew back to Rico without any problems. Then we meet with Lucius Vorenus there to get some other supplies for San Juan, Munitions. That was a little bit tricky cause this commodotie we needed was only sold in Edinburgh at a place hostile to us or else we had to go to Gallia where verything is also quite hostile to us.. But Lucius helped us getting the supplies magically without any hassle. I don't know exactly how.. Cause i've been drinking the way to Edinburgh, but he got them so thank you Lucius! I must say Bretonia is a little bit to hostile for me these days.
San Juan is another step forward towards completion.

Well how be damned!

I just received intell that the weapon platform we were trying to contstruct for San Juan, got blown to scrap by the radiation.
Along with all our supplies we've just brought for the build of the platform.
This is a sad day for the Congress.. We have to get all the supplies again.
We need to start building a new weapon platform, maybe one who can sustain the radation level surrounding San Juan.

It's always nice to waste time.. Can you read the sarcasm?

Greetings Congress!

Dan Armstrong again with a report of the day.
We've been busy with the construction of San Juan and the supplies we need are coming in by numbers, though there are still alot of supplies we need. Today we hault supplies for the Core Upgrade, to make the base bigger. There were many Congressmen who helped. JT helped getting the Basic Alloy and Ship Hull Panels for San Juan, and Glamroin and Ortog hault some loads of Indutrial Mats. And I went to get Robotics from Colorado.
While I was on the way to Pueblo Station to get the Robotics a Navy Captain sent me a message about some criminals using Beaumont as a hide-out.
It's not a very interesting conversation but I am sharing it anyway.

This is the full conversation..

I think there won't be any problems about this. Only if things gets out of hand, but I am sure we won't let that happen.

Then I continued my way to Pueblo Station and wen't to San Juan with a full load of Robotics and met Glamroin and Ortog there. They just loaded off the Industrial Mats they hault and were planning to go to New London to get some Optronics, also needed for the construction of the Core Upgrade. They were already on the way when I followed their path, first I picked up some Manifolds at the Smelter to compensate the loss of credits I had for the Optronics. I brought the Manifolds to Trafalger and wen't for South Hampton to get the Optronics. Everything wen't fine. I even was faster than Ortog and Glamroin.

Later JT, Lucius and I wen't to get some more Industrial Mats from New York. When we were on the way to NY, I was contacted by the same Navy again only in a different ship. He said the Navy was in pursuit of more criminals trying to use Beaumont as a hide-out to escape from the Navy.
I told in group that a Navy officer had contacted me about criminals at Beaumont and we wen't to check it out. When we got there only a Rogue was there, but on the way there we were taunted by a Reaver. No problems followed.

Here's the conversation I had with the Navy man..

Everything worked out fine and when I met the Navy man later in New York he even called me a fair Junker. Now that is nice to here. *smiles*

A good day for the Congress, and San Juan is another step forwards to it's completion!

A very good day to you my dear Congressmen,

Dan Armstrong here with a brief message about the build of our new station, San Juan.
I've been busy hauling commodities needed for the Core Upgrade. We are 9k+ units closer to the completion of the Core Upgrade.
I managed to deliver 9k+ units of Robotics to SJ.

And I've also shown the Navy to have good faith in the Congress by returning 2 of their pilots to a Navy officer at Battleship Missouri.

And since I was doing runs to and from Colorado I keep passing the same Navy officer. I asked him how the pilots were doing now.

Everything was fine. And that's good because we always need to be in good daylight with the lawfuls.
Oh and the whole trip I was carrying some Synthetic Marijuana and not even a word was spoken that it was illegal to carry it with me. Until I met this officer girl named Amanda something.. She chased me down to Texas and demanded that I drop the Mari. I refused with an excuse I think everybody uses.

And suddenly she dissapeared from my radar with no trace of her to be found, so I continued my way to Puerto Rico to drop off the Robotics at SJ. With my Mari still in my possession I must say job well done!

Hola Congress!

Today while passing through Texas I met two of the Xeener fighter bastards near the trade lane. Once I started kicking their asses they called in a bomber for backup, so I started pulling back towards Beaumont in search of some help. I killed the one called Lancehead, their bomber, then the two originals and a third fighter that joined them ran off to New York. The congress forces picked up the fight there and I got repairs at Beaumont.

I got back in the fight in New York and the Xeeners hired a Freelancer in a Kusari Explorer (Xeeners hire a Kusari freelancer--is it irony or satire?) but good teamwork and we all got that kill. They lost another Xeno, and we lost some Congress too.

However, I do wish to bring attention to a ship named "problem?" who joined in at the end. Rather than simply attacking, he gave me a pirate demand during the battle and then used that demand to join in the fight with his armored transport. Now, I dont mind people making a living, but this seemed to be manufactured for the purpose of helping Xeeners. This means he is allied with them, and should be considered hostile to us for that alone. Also the bit about pirating a junker in the first place--a dog should know not to poop where it eats. So my request, to block the docking rights for ship named "problem?", now and forever, so as not to have him stinking up the place worse than it already is.

ps--the freelancer that was hired by the Xeeners may be well known to them. It seems he is able to enter Alabama at his discretion. This may be worth monitoring, perhaps they have found a way to get around the gunboat problems

Howdy, congressmen.
Well, i got some disturbing news. While roaming the Humboldt system just recently i ran into a DSE miner. Since the area was clear i made the pilot fella fill my hold with some silver. On my way back to California i ran into a heavily armed and armored Rogue destroyer named LR-I.Blame.My.Mother. It's captain asked about miners in the area so i, all nice 'n' all, told him to check the fields nearby. Instead the captain of the ship fealt compelled to impose some imaginary tax on me and my cargo, claiming my ship was in his space and that i scared off his targets. After i unsuccsessfully tried to reason with the captain i incinerated my cargo and attempted to move on. I refused to give in to these bogus demands. The destroyer immediately opened fire with all guns but stopped just before my frigate completely crumbled from damage. Then the captain proceeded to mock me as i cruised away leaking oxygen and fuel. Unfortunately the severe damage got most of the main computer and i was unable to replicate communication logs.

The whole thing fealt like a slap in the face. After all the work i've put into running goods to Rogues and their buddies, this is how i am repayed ? I hope you fellas at the top could take a look into this, at least.

Here is the situation. A lad named Beedo pirated my CSF earlier this evening. I moved on, and upon my return he was at Rochester base. Now a Pirate robbing Junkers is just not wanted at a junker base i thought. But upon chatting with him he claims that Congress allows him to rob junkers as he pays a monthly fee to you lads. Now this disturbed me, but pirates lie. So seeing as he robbed me earlier i had the base locked down to prevent him from docking. Then a fight broke out, and i was killed upon trying to dock myself. So i figured this should be brought up here, and i hope he was infact not telling the truth, and Congress will treat this pirate as he is. And that is a person who robs, and kills junkers. I would find it truely sad if Congress was beeing paid off by pirates for permission to kill other junkers. I have forwarded some evidence for Hawk to look over.
