No need to touch it. There are a lot more things that need to be removed. Also it is pure in-RP thing that depends on the unlawful factions stance towards indie pirates. If they want them out- simple block the bases, bounty them and shot them helps a lot. They use your technology? NP bounty the shit out of them- set 20-30m per kill of anyone that uses your technology and it is not on the allowance list of your faction. Also other quick question- how much indie pirates you saw around in Bretonia when the Mollys were with 5-6 days monthly activity? How many indie pirates were around in Dublin gold rush times? I remember 1-2 that were more persistent and eventually gave up shot both by Lawfuls and by Mollys. No mercy to competition rule helped a lot, sending Reavers after them helps too. I mean whining about the Pirate ID when the unlawful factions have all needed tools to keep them in check is idiotic. |
