And I really don't think that bombers are meant to solo gunboats. Most gunboats are anti-fighter and will rip you to shreds.

Well, does the Pytho -really- have light bomber powerplant? Since I was SNed right now, once on shields and then on hull, one after another. As I recall, light bomber powerplant doesnt have regen/capacity to be faster than shield regen. Or at least I thought it doesnt.

That's physically impossible.
My Stuka is left with.. a 8th of its power after using a SN.
Maybe t was a razor-SN combo?
Another option is the extremely lucky bug - I remember a few instances, when firing a SN didn't drain power. Happened on the old pregnant eagle, but never on a Pytho...

You know what I think? All bombers - including the Falcatta - should be like the Pytho. big, slow, and ridiculously easy targets.
