That would be BFH and the since-banned Supernova who did that.. Except Super DID obviously spam (30-some welcome threads in a day was it?) Most people are posting because they want to give their opinions. thats how these forums work. Everything here is posted and everyone is allowed to voice their opinions (free speech) on topics. Its one reason why admins and moderators are reluctant to lock threads, because it stops free speech.

i think you sould only be allowed them if your indirect contact with the nomads. Libs could have them but maby just one since there only in contact in 1 system. this would cirtainly help alot

yo i can hold my hand up and i am leonidas it was very un RP but i see it all the time with fighters not having RP guns and cap ships. though shawly if you are in a clan with know wep restrictions you can use nomad turrets freely.maybe i am wrong but shawly then should not be sold in the first place.

You might make an argument for equipping certain ships as test projects, but that would leave out Bretonia and Rheinland. I think maybe one or two per fleet, at best.
