SUBJECT: Notification on recent events.

CONTENT:
Director Wright here,

After a recent joint scout mission with the primary fleet in Kusari we have gathered some information regarding the situation in the region.

We believe that the outcasts have an increasing influence in kusari, considering the large support they have shown for the Golden Chrysanthemums as witnessed yesterday in a siege on a base in New Tokyo. Such is against our interests and the people of kusari. Cardamine is long known as a tool of control and enslavement, with people falling in a life depending addiction to the effect of the drug for the first time. Such is something we cannot allow.
Another disturbing thought is the possibility that our allies, the Blood Dragons may be partaking on a silent agreement with the mentioned parties as witnessed in them combining forces on the siege, unusual to the Dragon's honor code.
Fortunately our force managed to disperse the combined enemy and take down their small spacecraft wings along with their flagship without sustaining much losses.

Either way, instructions are as follows:
- Placing a small scout/strike force in proximity of Kusari for ease of operations.
- Initiation of scouting, investigation and gathering of information regarding said situation and connections between participants.
- Using caution when dealing with the sisterhood of dreams. High possibility for a hostile encounter.

That will be all for now. Further instructions will be delivered when we have more information on the matter.

Driector Daniel Wright Out.

Project - Exodus (Support Liner)

This project was started by a few of my friends and myself studying on FP-11 a few years back, we only implemented to the idea of having a relieve/support vessel for pilots setting out on deep space recon and also assist in a logistical side. We dropped the project as we got no backing or funding as it was a very expensive project to get off the ground.

After hard work and dedication I manage to procure the necessary funds. I got a suitable ship for this operation, a bit banged up but with this project even a new vessel would have been stripped down to start the project. The ship i got was an old "Shukensha" Renzu Luxury Liner and as it states it was built for Passangers but with a few armor upgrades and all luxury utilities removed i started with the help of the citizens and scientist on Planet Akabat to retro fit my plans into the vessel.

Medical Bay:

With all the available space on this vessel we built and installed the best medical equipment we could as the funding was limited. The facility on board has all the capability of the best Hospital Institutions on Planet Akabat and we received multiple donation from all around the planet to assist in stocking medical supplies.

Regen V1.0:

This was a very exiting addition to the med bay. We discovered a method in repairing internal damage to vital organs without going the risk of an operation. The patient is injected with micro nanos and placed within the Regen. With millions of these micro nanos coursing threw the body the Regen than starts allocating said nanos to relevant damaged areas. Another upside to this its also possible to repair certain brain damage but memory loss is a big possibility. The patient will feel no pain as nervous system will be stimulated until processes are complete. This is still under observation so we will keep this as a trial and build on improvements.

Research Bay:

Addition to the Medical Bay we built a R&D division on-board to assist in on site research as some incidents calls for immediate action. Its a above standard division but does not come close to the one on Thabit Facility. There is not more to mention about this Bay as it will improve over time as the need for specific research arises.

Command Deck:

As this ship will be used for long range missions and support we thought it is only right to and a Command deck. The only downside of this instillation is that it will only be running at full gears on the installation of the long range scanner/satellite. Funds are low and limited as mentioned but on installation the upgrade will be able to contact Thabit Facility almost every where in known space. It is still only under your approval that we will start test with the signal as we need specific encryption to keep signals secure.

Ship Core and Weapons:

No major adjustments were made to the core of the ship. The only upgrade to the ship core was additional cooling systems to be able to sustain the weapons in a prolong engagement. Also the preparations was also implemented for a cloaking device, but that is a bit jumping the gun as it will be a while before we can install a expensive system as that.

With all luxury utilities removed and on the installation of all the above mentioned extras there was still good space left and was converted into cargo space and Docking modules for ship repairs. I already arranged the start of the first DM to be constructed for the ship so that is the short term addition plan for the vessel

I hope my proposal and request will be of some interest to you. Will appreciate feed back on this project and will answer any questions as to the best of my ability. Ship is currintly still moored on Planet Akabat til further feedback.

Go well and safe skies Commanders

Clive Richards

JOB DESCRIPTION: Humanitarian Aid Relief

CONTENT: Good day everyone,
We all know the past events that lead to serious damage to be inflicted upon FP 11 and casualties to mount up as a result to the unprovoked and uncalled attack from the Core and that band of misfits, Auxesia. As a result, the CoF approved a contingency plan to help with distress relief for those suffering the short end of Core's last "law" stick. No need to remind everyone the strategic importance of that trade port in this remote area.

As a direct result, all O'Rhu transports available are instructed effective immediately to head towards FP 6 or Gran Canaria to aid with the transportation of D.R.O.P. containers, standardized cargo containers stocked with aid materials needed for first stage reparations and survival. All transports should be documented and referenced in this channel using the appropriate forms. Intel at our disposal presents the situation in Delta to be hairy at best, with Core forces actively searching and taking down cargo-transports. Be advised and tread carefully.

Let's help our friends in their time of need and preserve their identity in the heard of what Core likes to claim "their turf". CoF approved also compensatory payments for those willing to risk their life and use their time in the benefit of our neighbors, the Zoners of FP 11.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Hauling stuff, eh?! D.R.O.P.s, yeah...I can't help wondering who's the genius naming them like this....

CONTENT: Nothing much to tell here...Let me see, I've brought in a total of 27600 containers from FP 6, another of these Zoner installations in another obscure system of this goddamned sector, Tau 29. The route I took bypassed any major houses but, in return, comprised systems like Tohoku, Tau 23 and flying blindly in Kyushu or Hokkaido....I must say, I was expecting to see some of those Kusarian females..but tough luck..I had to take the "safe route"...be sure I reach my destination for the "sake of the FP 11 Zoners" . Like they given a damn just months ago, before the remission...ohh well, who am I to judge, right!?

Oh, now I remember. To top it off, my very first shipment, my very first ended up destroyed by the Core...it could have been 32000 and some in total, but no..Core had to intervene. Well, at least I talked my own way out of that encounter..or at least I think I did...things tend to get blurry when faced with a few dozens cruiser turrets...In any case, I went back at it and managed to haul the aforementioned quantities.

There is on more thing I remember...On my 4th run a transport caught up with me near the Minor anomaly in Delta system, god damn stalkers, and demanded my cargo...I've witted my way out and managed to get the cargo to FP11 with the help of The.Chontamenti - an independent Order vessel...I think. The hostile vessel I assumed as Core IDed was showing Pax.Rhomana on the identification system - a standard DL border transport. The poor lady thought her guns are enough to get away with it...well, my wits showed her the opposite, as the only thing she caught was my arse cruising to the FP while she was now having a problem of her own - I must say, I look good from behind...I bet she has a picture of my ship now....

The 5th run was done in the company of the Unioner...nice lad, tell Orack I understand why he is fond of him. Now that i think about it, on our way back we met a very oppressive Bretpnian privateer, a lady with a Gunboat on her period...never a good thing. I had to stay there and listen to her rambling about how we've invaded her area, her bikini, her hope chest, her kitchen, her dress-closet, her...I have no idea what the hell we've invaded but the lady was surely pissed about it. The funny thing is, all of this took place in Kyushu....talking about letting anyone in the service of the Queen nowadays...the ship was a standard bretonian Gunboat, from what I could tell, named HMS-Yorkshire. I had to pay the lady 100.000 credits to get away from that rambling...I tell you what I think was wrong with her...she hasn't got laid in a looong time...

SENDER: Adam SCOFIELD, Logistic Nucleus
DESCRIPTION: Report on Agent Alexander

CONTENT: I'm really sorry for bothering you with it, mister, but I'm afraid you need to know of this matter personally.

Yesterday, as ordered, I was assigned as a pilot for one of our transports, O'Rhu|LS-Mudads, with a delivery mission to be carried out to one of our battleships in the Inverness system. Navigation was conducted under supervision of another agent of the Logistic Nucleus, Mister Alexander, piloting the O'Rhu|LS-Aptroot transport.

During our voyage, previously mentioned agent was drinking alcoholic beverages, while piloting a ship, and got intoxicated to a level, on which his ability to think rationally was lost. He had troubles locating objects on his navmap and approached a civilian station way beyond set safety limits in hopes of raising the alert on it, simply to his entertainment. His actions could have directly jeopardized our mission and both our navigational and personal safety, and it is very likely that local authorities were warned of our presence, making our future missions in this area more difficult.

I am ready to provide an evidence in from of the communications log between our ships.

Thank you for looking into this matter.
Adam Scofield.

CONTENT: Good morning Mr. Lynch, this is Curtiss speaking.

Our reconaissane flight to Sigma-59 revealed nothing out of ordinary. Rheinland intelligence services' fleet have invaded the system and lost a good chunk of their ships in the process. Relevant data concerning this event will be given, if requested. Making long story short, we were too late...

However, as our flight wing stopped for for reueling at <RETRACTED> we managed to get in closer contact with one of the local Bundschuh operatives. She goes by the name Sophie Beckhardt. Sophie claimed to be a university graduate looking for career opportunities, and her addmitance to the party was motivated by her genuine care for human rights. Quick background check revealed all of that information to be true and, on top of that, she also seemed to be very receptive to our cause.

I believe we can sucessfuly recruit her as our informant in the region, and a promise to cover her remaining tutition fees or student dept should make a generous enough offer. Sophie could provide us with a reach we have lost since our main Rheinland operative went MIA... With her help, we should have a good chance to investigate whereabouts about a pecualiar libertonian fleet in Bering, and their peculiar claims...

All we need, Sir, is your green light. What would it be?
