I wish i was contacting you under better circumstances, but i just received a report from one of my traders passing through liberty that he was treated less than fairly during one of our many fuel runs into liberty. It seems that while my trader had been passing through New York, on a return trip of a plutonium run, He was stopped by several liberty navy pilots while carrying a load of Bretonian indentured servants from Planet Pittsburgh bound for Planet Miura. The pilots treated my trader with disrespect and called him a slaver and fined him for carrying legitimate cargo. Now i'm not all to sure why they would be calling the humans we legitimately purchased from one of your planets slaves since these people would be getting better treatment that most of the traders in my fleet. They will be getting a job with more pay than half my traders get out in the fleet. they will be getting better food and housing than i can say for half the people under my employment. Now i don't know why your fleets scanners are programmed to classify indentured servants who are to be getting class A treatment as something as degrading as a slave? And that is what i am here contacting you today for. I ask you, why is it that you are hindering our efforts to help these men by giving them Food, Money, Housing, clothing, and a sense of honor by fulfilling that which they so desperately needed. As i have seen from my many trips to Planet Pittsburgh That it is desperately overcrowded and most of its people out of jobs and living on the streets. we are simply giving these men and women the opportunity they are not presented with on Pittsburgh. I can assure you that we do not treat these people as slaves but as what they are, people. and i am here asking you why you would be stopping us from helping these people.
