I am writing to you today regarding a matter involving an application
for exemption to allow Deep Space Engineering, in conjunction with
the Gas Miners Guild, to alleviate Planet Pittsburgh's over-crowding
set backs by emigrating them to Planet Muira where they are then
employed by the refineries in the Gas Miners Guild fuel industry. A
deal has been struck between our two corporations for Deep Space
Engineering to supply the rapidly expanding gas mining industry with
a readily available workforce in exchange for increased raw fuels to
be imported to Planet Pittsburgh to essentially supercharge Deep
Space Engineerings H-Fuel manufacturing capacity, therefore allow-
ing a more steady fuel supply for the Republic of Liberty and her aliies.
As the National Cargo Classification Act still recognizes unemployed
persons as 'slaves', we are asking to be granted allowance for both
Deep Space Engineering and the Gas Miners Guild to emigrate them
to employment within the Gas Miners Guilds industry.
We have decided to approve your request. Just make sure every last bit of paperwork is up to scratch - you wouldn't any over-zealous LPI officers pulling your ships over under false pretenses. All ships utilised for this purpose must be correctly outfitted in accordance with standard passenger transit facilities; just because they are an indentured workforce doesn't mean they can be treated like cattle. Naturally, this clarification only applies to DSE) primary transportation vessels.
