I do enjoy some habanero, probably the best pepper in a sweet sauce. Got some pretty good Caribbean style sauce with some scotch bonnets in it.

If you eat one raw there is a tad of sweetness before your mouth catches fire. Probably depends on the cultivar. I meant that they compliment a sweet sauce well (like mango salsa, for example.)

Made an interesting concoction once, a fresh BBQ sauce made with habanero and wild blackberries. It was pretty good, thinking back, but a lot of it went to waste cause the only people that could handle it were myself, my dad and my brother in law.

That chart is wrong.

A Habanero is about 250,000 scoville units, not 250.
