Fellow Zoners,
While Star Enterprises and the Discordians have never been close allies, Star HAS always considered you allies. Thus, like any family, in our time of crisis, we turn to you. Don't be alarmed, though. We are not coming looking for charity, but for advice.
Our efforts to improve our flagship have run afoul of bureaucrats. Livadia Shipyard has declined to do our work. We are hoping that you might be able to point us in a direction we had not thought to look. We have money, supplies and some of the finest starship engineers to be found, but, without a shipyard, our potential is limited. We do not want to violate the prohibitions on Zoner technology, only to use it in our own behalf.
I thank you for your time, and hope that we can find a mutually beneficial position.

I am eager to say that we in TAZ have always considered you friends. I do remember talking to one of your big fishes regarding some advice he asked me on your recent trouble with Order. I can only say that anyone with Golly's boot on their faces is a friend of Eris.
Now, about your request. I don't know if you are aware, but TAZ doesn't count with any shipyard in Baffin. We do own a single mooring point and hangar at Livadia, but we're right now trying to let that one go and seek a space engineering solution closer to our home system, if not even try build one in Baffin itself in the near future.
With that said, I would like to invite you to use our Minor Repair Facilities at Pueblo Bonito in Baffin whenever you want, but also to feel free to use our little corner within Livadia. If Phoenixes or ex-ZA give you any trouble, let us know. We've been long looking for an excuse to expose them as what they are to the Confederation of Freeports.

Freeport 1 in the Omega 3 system is our standard source. It is our next door neighbor to the west. I will forward your resquest to the appropriate folks in the company, but, I believe that we should be able to make arrangements, especially if we can bring your excellent Pineal Amulets back to our home zone.

I don't know how good that idea is. We also have a western neighbour that sells Reinforced Alloys, it being Freeport 6. It's probably better for you if you supply us with those, though an pineal amulet export to the Omegas is always seductive.

I have gotten approval from Mr. Winslow for us to begin support operations. He also asked me to remember him to you, and to say thank you for the support back when Star was first working on the base. Jake was so enthused that he ran a shipment out to you folks yesterday, just to get a feel for the goings on.
I am certain that we can work out something in the way of a trade route. I have put our logistics folks on that.

We have at least one ship in place to provide service. [Star]-Kenworth has reported its first delivery to the Shrine as shown below. Unless you wish to have regular evidence of these deliveries, this will be our only report, but the K-Whopper, as they like to be called, will make regular runs.

It is a profitable route, and Kenworth appreciates the chance to be home because of the short haul.
We will perform an alternating schedule of Food, Oxygen and Water one day, and Reinforced Alloy the next. That should keep you supplied without over burdening your storage capacity. Let us know if we need to scale up the deliveries, and something can be worked out.

Nah, luckily we have some other friends who are also helping, so don't overburden yourselves. A run every other day will suffice, and please focus on Reinforced Alloys since we handle vital support supplies ourselves from our main station, Shasta Orbital Skyhook.
