During today's routine operations, a Guild ship encountered a CTU-6b "Waran" Civilian Bomber, carrying Kruger Minerals identification. Of course, this alone is a mundane occurrence that warrants no further action, however, this ship was detected with a cloaking device and the partially depleted fuel required to operate it, while in orbit of Planet Honshu. The ship in question promptly decided to land on the planet.

According to sections 3-1 and 3-1-1 of the Kusari Legal Codex, the usage of this piece of equipment is restricted to Kusari law enforcement only. As a result, the pilot of this ship is engaging in flagrant violation of Kusari law.

Due to the special relationship between Kusari and The Guild, it was deemed appropriate to forward this information to ensure any necessary steps may be taken.

Despite our previous contact and The Guild's awareness of the Kusari Civilian Crime Reporting Hotline, it has been deemed necessary that a priority communication be sent due to the severity of the matter at hand.

Earlier today, a ship belonging to Kruger Mineralien was detected in the Honshu system while in the possession of vulnerable persons who could not be identified as belonging to any particular house or organisation. The Guild believes these people are slaves.

Slavery is a deplorable business that GMG has a moral obligation in halting to the best of its abilities, and we believe our friends in Kusari feel the same way. We trust this report will be sufficiently investigated, for the sake of disadvantaged innocents across the Sirius Sector.
