That was specifically meant for GMG, as I said, that is not the case here. The people in GMG have become rather quiet, not here. I am not going to disband it, though, even if I wasn't leading DWR| at all, GMG would be pretty quiet, you just can't get people to log in a mostly trading faction the same you can do here. Especially if they are not interested in the RP aspect as much. My HC alone could make DWR fully alive due to high interest in the in-depth roleplay that the Bundschuh offer as a whole. But let's not discuss GMG here.
(In case you meant that the people in GMG were always there on call, though, that sadly wasn't the case unless I was lucky with them being interested right now, but I don't blame anyone or the faction itself.)

Shelco, there will be times when nobody logs for a while for DWR. UN goes through fits and starts in the same way. Don't get disheartened when it does.

No, don't worry, I'm not. But you see that's why we would like to at least be official then, to appeal more with perks and such things., just as you said. If I was to wait for 2 months now and then request it, I think it would be a lot harder to get than now.

Not really rip. I answered a GMG comm yesterday and responded to a roleplay story about it. It just doesn't provide the amount of RP that I want, nothing that I didn't really expect but I just started this as a side project with a few active peeps, interest and ideas of us kinda exploded and we'll write more stuff, although GMG will become more of a background thing, might or might not request officialdom there as well. The members there have been kind of quiet anyway whilst the ones here always on call when I need them.
If you want to listen to a voice of experience: Put your energy into ONE project. Everything else is impossible. Do one thing for real, make it work, make it successful, and stick with it. That's hundred times better than dancing on 5 parties, and in the end leaving 5 construction sites or just dug up holes.
Hand GMG to someone else, that's what I would do.

I find this extremely early, I would have sticked to unofficialdom for a few weeks just to check if you are going to suffer the same issues others had in Rheinland in the past. Whatever, good luck and have fun. Just honestly consider focusing on one faction only as 1ic, Shelco. It is tiring and really takes a rather huge part of the fun aspect from you when you have to take care of more than one faction.

I've enjoyed the few interactions I had with you guys, sincerely good luck on this one. Though I can agree with everyone here, even I've experienced burning out at an alarming phase back when I lead LPI and tried to hold two other factions together. There is no shame in focusing on a single project you enjoy while giving GMG over to @Mephistoles (seeing as he's experienced with leading the faction) while you stick around as 2ic for the sake of still holding a leadership role so your effort isn't quite going to waste. Just a piece of friendly advice, you can take it in whatever context you like though. ^^

I agree, GMG should probably transit leadership if Shelco is happy to transit leadership. Bundschuh and GMG help each other out, which means there's a slight awkwardness there - who does Shelco log for in the sigmas, for example?

@everyone who said handing GMG over. I will neither be the one sending Bundschuh RP to GMG nor the one replying to it. I have others for that. Sorry that I have to say it like this but I would never give GMG back to Meph. There is a number of people that wouldn't love to see anything more than having Meph back as lead and there is a number of people that would cry their eyes out if that was to happen. That would be awfully disrespectful to my members. The only person that would get the leadership would be @Quanty~ for being an active and loyal HC members. If it really tires me, then I will do so, until then, stuff will be as it is.
