Confusion in communication lines should allow SHORTCUT handoff to go without issue. LYNCHPIN will be picked up by SIS forces, and transferred to wherever you see fit. After transfer, LYNCHPIN will be under the complete control of the SIS and any entities denoted by the SIS.

ESRD also expects an exchange of equal value for the transfer of LYNCHPIN, however nothing is being requested at the immediate time. A token to claim later, so to say.
