Guten Tag Herr Mayer,

Once again the Rheinwehr finds itself calling on our trusted partners at Republican Shipping. In order to properly supply certain classified operations, we require the delivery of substantial quantities of materiel. We believe that your storage facilities at Duisburg, Neu Berlin, would be suitable for use as an assembly and storage area for deliveries to Rheinwehr's own logistical corps.

This initial stage of the contract is comprised of two (2) phases, with deliveries to be completed in that order. Upon completion of each Phase additional shipment contracts and funds can be made available. For the completion of Phase I & II we can offer you payment of SC 1,000,000,000, with 175 million made available upon completion of Phase I, and the remainder payable upon completion of Phase II.

I hope I can rely upon you and your organisation, Herr Mayer. We do, however, understand the scale of our request and therefore leave you free to make any arrangements for sub-contractor deliveries to Duisburg. The contract should begin immediately; upon arrival of initial deliveries, please inform us so that we can set the logistics corps to work.
