XML is a text-based data format, so there is a good chance the accounts can be recovered from it.
I haven't seen any specification for the dslauncher account file format, but if you can work with XML in general, the account file format itself is easy.
Try opening the XML files in a text editor and see if you can make sense of the contents. The key data is in the "code" and "signature" attributes.

sorry for the late answer, but i will try your proposition. i have a resultat with one of the 3 files, i have opened with wordpad, but it is *illisible* at least not in english

i have tried to load the xml as a normal launcher account, answer code error 101 error ligne 1 and position 1

the problem is to much for me, i understand nothing

The contents aren't exactly legible text. The contents look something like this, possibly with multiple "account" lines:
Code:
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>
<AccountsList xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" xmlns:xsd="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema">
  <account description="Traders" signature="HEXADECIMAL-STRING" code="HEXADECIMAL-STRING" favorite="false" category="Trade">Traders</account>
</AccountsList>

If you can't work with that, you'll be better off looking for help here:
