istanbul has been sanctioned for:

Consequences:

This is the second time you've disconnected while in PvP this month. I have bastilled you until you can confirm you have understood that you can not disconnect from the server to avoid an interaction. If this was an accident then you must post here so that we know this wasn't deliberate.
