ALG has been experiencing a series of harsh setbacks, from the inability of the treaty between the Independent Miners Guild and the Kingdom of Bretonia to include the company in their peace settlement, to the currently ongoing Rheinland civil war in which we must realistically expect to lose very nearly all of our economic ties in the house.

In times past, we have had cautiously productive relations with the Corse syndicates, a handful of common fights against the Outcasts and some minor business deals, and we must now seek business to account for our other losses. I have heard that there is a strong demand for salvage from the conflicts between our parent house and Liberty within your space, and we could be shifting more of our capacity towards its export, if there is a general interest, and potentially work on a more substantial relationship.

It is only natural that you would find yourself in disagreement with my simple analysis of the situation since as I mentioned, my intelligence contacts have been struggling to get a comprehensive picture of the current situation. I am not fond of being in a situation in which I lack sufficient background knowledge, but I'm never afraid to admit it when I find myself in such.

For a long time, the great smelters in Gallia have provided us with a high demand for scrap materials, as the regrettable conflicts in our houses seem to have produced a lot more of it than yours did domestically. It has been and continues to be good business, but there is now a great excess of very recent wastage from the conflict between the now-former Federal Republic of Rheinland and the Republic of Liberty, as well as various other parties engaged in the conflict or wasted by other circumstance in the border worlds.
I am speaking of hull segments, damaged weaponry, in some cases nearly entirely intact ships which lost life support, of relatively recent manufacture. To pry human remains frozen to a fighter's controls is something of an unpleasantry, but we can perform that step for a modest additional fee.
Of course, given the unpleasant historical circumstances, I imagine there is a similar wealth of resources to be found through the Taus and Bretonia, but there's a different overlap of materials and parts which I imagine, would become more relevant as trade relations pick up between the houses.
