History of the FTP:
Founded by Mr. Renow and Mad-Mick, two independant pilots whose fate brought them together on Freeport 9. After long discussions in the bar, it was decided to combine the same goals in order to build a defensive alliance against the houses. The goal was quickly found: "To create a Sirius in which there are no trade restrictions and everyone can realize their dreams!"
No sooner said than done and so a common database was set up to collect the first opportunities for trade and influence in the houses. From there, the search for other comrades-in-arms and refugees from the houses began.
Rochester Base in New York was selected as the first location for operations. From here, the focus was on trading in scrap from the fields around Pittsburgh.
After the attacks by Xenos on the base and their damage, the FTP were forced to look for a new base of operations.
Culebra Smelter was used as interim accommodation in the Puerto Rico system. Here, directly on an important trade route for scrap in the Omega and Omicron systems, there were good opportunities to make new contacts.
This was the first time that the JUnkers Congress was met.
There were rumors about a base in the Omega 55 system. Bornholm Depot, not particularly impressive but enough to carry out further operations from here. They didn't think twice, visited the base and were quickly sure that they had found a new place to stay.
After the arrival in the Omega 55 system and the increasing popularity of the FTP, more and more orders came from zoners, freelancers and other parties. In order to make the FTP fleet fit for these orders, it quickly became clear that a separate production facility for equipment had to be built. That was the hour of birth of the Free Factory. It was also discovered that some time ago attempts were made to colonize the planet Rugen. Here the FTP saw a great opportunity to finally find and build a home. And so began the search for allies and business partners to build this project. The green leaf project was founded. Since then, a large part of the fleet and time has taken up this project.
However, not only friendships came with the orders, envious and hostile groups also became aware of the FTP. And so there was a first little confrontation with the Gas Miners Guild. However, this could largely be dealt with diplomatically, but there was never a clear result. Since then, the relationship between FTP and GMG has been characterized by ignorance. Further disputes arose when the FTP tried to negotiate with the Imperial Rhineland Government over the trade in military salvage. At first things seemed to be going well, but the differing views of the political groups soon led to initial arguments. The peak of the escalation took place in a fight at the Bornholm Depot. A BDM and KAM fleet carried out a massive attack on the depot and members of the FTP. While the station suffered only minimal damage, the ships of the FTP were badly damaged and could only withdraw with all their last strength. After that all diplomatic contact was broken off and Imperial territory has been the highest danger zone for members of the FTP ever since.
However, the FTP was certain that they would come out of this affair strengthened.
Ships were repaired and new trade routes into the Omicrons were established.
A new trading and supply post was also built in the orbit of Rugen. The Two Sun Warehouse. High hopes were placed in the station, it would support the colonization of Rugen and enable the temporary storage and trading of goods from the Omicron and Omega systems. Unfortunately, fate meant differently. During the construction work on the station, the Bornholm Depost scanners detected the approach of an unknown fleet. The number of ships was overwhelming and when they arrived at the station, one thing was quickly clear. They weren't friendly. When the first ships opened fire on the station it was immediately clear that there was no way to save the station. So the immediate evacuation began. Some of the fleeing workers say that they recognized coalition signs on the ships. Also arriving ships of the FTP could confirm this. And so it came about that the station fell victim to a surprise attack by the Coalition. Debris from the former FTP site is still floating in the orbit of Rugen. After the attack, the FTP went silent. The shock over the bitter lost was too deep and so it came to internal unrest in the group. For a time there was disagreement, conflict.
And to top it all off, there should be a new threat to FTP. A new kingdom of the Corsair suddenly made contact. Extremely aggressive and destructive from the first mement on, they threatened the last station, The Free Factory. At first it seemed like that would be the end of FTP. But on the contrary, this new threat brought the members back together and back on a common path. Diplomacy with the Corsair Kingdom failed and so another enemy was added to the list. However, this time it was different, only a single kingdom was hostile, but not the entire faction. Shortly afterwards the siege of the Free Factory station began. The massive IE fleet approached and it immediately became clear that the station would not survive these attacks. In desperation, the FTP immediately sent emergency signals to The Core and the Corsair Council of Elders.
The Core was supposed to send military support as part of their support in the project grean leaf, while the Corsair Council of Elders was asked to start internal investigations.
The most important areas of the station were evacuated before the first wave. Civilians and researchers had priority, while key FTP leaders remained on the station. Important equipment has also already been relocated here. The first escape fleet consisted of the ships Arboghast, Suen-Un and a private fighter owned by the CEO. The fleet set course for New London, where friendly Junkers at Travalgar station were ready to take the fugitives. Shortly afterwards the first battle began. The IE ships besieged the station, opened fire and the station's defense began to work. The IE's shots hammered into the station for hours when suddenly more ships appeared on the scanners. At first it was thought it was the reinforcement to destroy the station quickly, but suddenly the identification changed and ships from The Core appear. Friends, finally a support for the station. The incoming ships from The Core manage to direct fire from the station on them. Shortly thereafter, other signatures appeared, KAM and BDM. Former enemies of the FTP suddenly acted and, together with The Core, fought back IE.
The IE ships withdrew, but The Core, BDM and KAM also had to withdraw. Both sides suffered a lot of damage. During this ceasefire some brave pilots tried their hand at the remaining ships "Grand-Old-Lady" and "Optrain". The ships tried to organize materials for repairing and securing the station. However, the IE ships came back faster than expected and in the course of the second wave, the FTP ships were attacked. The "Grand-Old-Lady" was destroyed and the supply line was interrupted again. The ship "Optrain" was able to escape and thus save at least part of the resurrections and the crew. CEO Renow, who was on board the "Grand-Old-Lady", was also saved. The attacks of the 2nd wave continued throughout the day. When the IE ships finally withdrew to refuel and to get ammunition, the station was left badly damaged.
After a last attempt by an FTP member to dock at the station, the docking area was damaged to such an extent that it was no longer possible to repair and enter the station. From now on, one could only wait for the station to go down. On the 3rd day, the IE fleet started the attack again.

Updated 18 September 2020
Introduction:
As a result of the devastating losses in the two battles at planet Rügen inlcuding one of the two stations in 827 A.S. the set of the FTP were largely renewed. In order to be able to better defend against attacks in the future, the laws would be tightened and expanded. In order to have a better direct influence on the people of the FTP, the internal structure was adjusted. From that moment on, the New Order was born.

3.6 If the trades ship and combat ship are not docked at the same station, a cooldown of 5 minutes applies.
3.7 Fines are paid when dealing with the police or the Navy. A refund can be requested from FTP Bank.
3.8 In the case of important events, protocols must be made that can substantiate the situation.
3.9 While staying in groups, only the highest ranking person speaks on the public channel to avoid chaos.

The Free Trade Pact was a once strong union of Freelancers Traders and Pirates. upon a fast rise of ambitious goals the union of the FTP had established many trade bonds across the systems and as fast as it's rise in a blink of an eye they were gone, Scattered and Broken the union lost a war the leader they call Mad Mick a renowned smuggler and black market trader disappeared. Some years have passed and much has changed yet Mad Mick has not, Mick has returned from hiding to seek out old friends and make new bonds.
