Here it is assumed that you work for the Gaians, but please correct us if we are wrong. Can you guarantee that the Gaians will cease all attacks on Bretonian citizens and law enforcement if licenses for Gaian wildlife are all invalidated and no longer issued?

In your first message you said that you will perform attacks against Bretonians "Until the theft and trafficking of Gaian Wildlife stops". Now say that you will perform attacks against Bretonians unless:

1. "The Bretonian Government will revoke all “Gaian Lifeforms Licence” immediately and pursue legal action against all who have previously been granted one. Anyone found moving Gaian Wildlife (that are not Gaian Approved Handlers returning them to their natural habitats) will be banned from Bretonia.
   
2. Planet Gaia is to be evacuated and sectioned off as a “A Nature Preserve”; and is not to be used for any development economic, militaristic, or otherwise.
   
3. Planet Ayr’s terraforming operations are not to be restarted after Edinburgh is taken back from The Enclave.
   
4. Bretonia will strip Planetform Incorporated of its Royal Charter, and prohibit them from doing any more terraforming projects within Bretonia or her sovereign territories.
   
5. Bretonia will ban Synth Foods from entering Bretonia.
   [5A]Bretonia will invest in Hydro and Aeroponic growing methods that can allow for the feeding of billions of people with affordable high quality real food.
   
6. Planet Leeds will immediately undergo a recovery and rehabilitation operation fully funded by the Bretonian Government to return it to a habitable state. Once complete, this too shall be sectioned off as "A Nature Preserve".
   
7. The Gaians will be publicly recognized as a legal entity within Bretonia. The Gaians will operate alongside Police Forces to ensure the strict adherence to the Gaia Decree.
   
8. The Gaians will be granted seats in Parliament which will remain The Gaians seats indefinitely regardless of the outcome of both parliamentary and/or the public vote."
   

Please understand that we cannot negotiate like this.

Additionally, we have received reports from a trusted source that certain Gaian assets, personnel and a station by the name of "Islay" in the Edinburgh system recently came under attack by the Gallic Royal Enclave. But we assume it is now too late for help and that you would not accept our help regardless? How can we know that you can even represent the Gaians and that you do not stand only for yourself?

The Bretonian Government can only negotiate your original terms. Conceding to negotiate your increased terms would set an undesired precedent.

However, we do admire your ability to speak images instead of words in an audio-visual transmission. As they say, an image is worth a thousand words, no?
