Pardon the delay, I had to take a moment to think about your offer and I believe you may have a point.

If the Bretonian Government will agree to ratify it by Her Majesty's Hand and uphold The Gaia Decree then we will stop all attacks on Bretonian Citizens and Law Enforcement officers. What is The Gaia Decree you may ask? Well, I took the liberty of preparing it for Her Majesty:

In the interest of peace and conservation and in the hopes of repairing the habitats damaged by the combined actions and inactions of groups such as the Gallic Royal Enclave and the Bretonia Armed Forces Nemesis proposes the following decree that is to be ratified by the hand of Her Majesty Queen Carina.

1. The Bretonian Government will revoke all “Gaian Lifeforms Licence” immediately and pursue legal action against all who have previously been granted one. Anyone found moving Gaian Wildlife (that are not Gaian Approved Handlers returning them to their natural habitats) will be banned from Bretonia.
   
2. Planet Gaia is to be evacuated and sectioned off as a “A Nature Preserve”; and is not to be used for any development economic, militaristic, or otherwise.
   
3. Planet Ayr’s terraforming operations are not to be restarted after Edinburgh is taken back from The Enclave.
   
4. Bretonia will strip Planetform Incorporated of its Royal Charter, and prohibit them from doing any more terraforming projects within Bretonia or her sovereign territories.
   
5. Bretonia will ban Synth Foods from entering Bretonia.
   [6A]Bretonia will invest in Hydro and Aeroponic growing methods that can allow for the feeding of billions of people with affordable high quality real food.

7. The Gaians will be publicly recognized as a legal entity within Bretonia. The Gaians will operate alongside Police Forces to ensure the strict adherence to the Gaia Decree.
   
8. The Gaians will be granted seats in Parliament which will remain The Gaians seats indefinitely regardless of the outcome of both parliamentary and/or the public vote.

Please understand that we cannot negotiate like this.

Additionally, we have received reports from a trusted source that certain Gaian assets, personnel and a station by the name of "Islay" in the Edinburgh system recently came under attack by the Gallic Royal Enclave.
