Good day,

I am Rear Admiral Asmodeus of the Insurgency Navy, aboard the Battleship Amenhotep. We have taken notice for quite sometime of the OS&C Barbados presence in Vespucci. We have come to understand the Barbados is here to do tours. Rest assured we have no issue for your ship to be in our space. We want to open a dialogue and come to an understanding or agreement to ensure future tours in Vespucci. Our First question would be what agreement did you have with The Commonwealth before the rise of the Insurgency took place?

Good Day Rear Admrial,

My name is James Blackwood with Orbital Spa and Cruise. I was originally tasked with the deployment of The Luxury Liner Barbados to Commonwealth Legion Insurgency Space with the assistance of then Lord Commander Locklear. Last Summer, following a system wide transmission indicating a change in the providing authority Orbital established contact with a Lord Commander West who was acting as a representative of the then named Hellfire Legion/Liberty Separatist group. Lord Commander West indicated that our original agreement would be upheld. While I believe there was a provision for the Liner to be taxed at a monthly rate of 10,000,000 sc. per month as a Core I space station this was later waved with the "full" deployment of the Barbados to Vespucci. Unfortunately I don't have any currently active transmissions showing this change, I believe it was likely made via verbal agreement with then Lord Commander Locklear. Oh I'm told we also do have an active Visa although it has been quite a number of months since there has been any activity on those governmental frequencies.

Now, on to new business, while we have been able to keep the party going so to speak. It would certainly be helpful to be more aware of the needs and wants of the Insurgency in regards to Vespucci and Orbitals role in helping manage and grow your tourist industry.

Regards,
James Blackwood
