Bug: Mammoth is not currently getting it's proper mining bonuses

According to the Mining Guide the Mammoth is supposed to be able to mine Scrap and Toxic Waste, it currently is incapable of this. I have tested this in both New London and Honshu with no success (while having done these two spots on a Junker perfectly fine)
Ps: Not sure if it's a bug or intentional, but it also cannot mine Pristine Ice and PScrap

Looks like an error in the mining guide. I don't think the Mammoth is intended to be mining-capable, the other houses can't use their medium transports for mining either, with the exception of Rheinland and only for ID and ore combinations that can't use the Hegemon.

Rheinland, Kusari and Gallia all have a dedicated mining ship. Outcasts and Corsairs can mine with medium transports. Freelancers can use the "Dunlin" Retrofit Explorer as can Junkers. It beggars belief
that two major houses (Bretonia and Liberty) can't have designed and built their own specialist mining ship.
This was discussed last year and should be considered a very needed rebalance.

Seems Mammoth's bonus for low tier mining (regular scrap and toxic waste) is already enabled on indie ID, but missing from the OF specifically. Likely an oversight or accidental overwrite at some point and we didn't notice.
Will fix for tomorrow's daily restart.
