I believe our little verbal shootout with the Technocrat in California will require a more precise explanation and, above all, the truth. After all, I cannot stand bad liars.

Yes, my people did indeed worship the beings known as the Nomads in the past, but for most of history it was more of a sort of folk ritual tradition than anything more serious. My people called them the Spirits back then. It was only a few years ago that a group worshipping the Nomads more directly came into being. However, it is also true that for the first time in the history of our people, we took up arms against each other and got rid of them, branding the Nomads as our existential threat once and for all.

And to give due weight to my claims about the Technocrats, I will attach to this report the footage from my own ship that shows their leader, Revenant. I will not repeat the same mistake as the Order Overwatch and claim they are infected by the Nomads without any concrete evidence. However, it is at most clear from that footage that their leader is not the most mentally stable person nor the most responsible - her curiosity is clearly strong enough to suppress any morality about summoning Nomads and their infected ships into a borderworld system like Kepler.

Unless they change their ways dramatically, they and their predictable lies are a threat.
