Greetings! I remember the time quite a while back when I had a service done at your shipyard in New York, my bustard Jump Drive would randomly trigger landing me in faraway places. I thanked your team then for fixing this issue and I will still thank you to this day. I'd much rather purposefully trigger a blind jump into the unknown than having it happen randomly.

My message today is to schedule another workup on my Bustard-Class, and if possible to have the transponder on the vessel adjusted. It's a new chapter for me and my company and I feel my ship needs some work done on it so it can continue to represent the Starfliers. All the equipment on the ship needs a good once-over to make sure everything is well suited to last another couple years.

I don't quite remember what was needed previously to schedule this, more details, availability, pricing for a checkup and such. Please do let me know the specifics so I can bring my ship in. Oh, I may as well give you the rundown of my ship as it stands right now.

As Always, Godspeed

Service and maintenance - Bustard

Greetings Leon

We can book you in at Baltimore Shipyard.

Bustards are robust beasts, so I would not expect many repairs, just tune-ups and general time/distance related replacement parts.

Looking over your loadout we imagine three full days only as we operate 24/7. Let us know when you wished this booked in. We have capacity within two days time and can slot you in then.

Costs without parts for a regular service given your loadout is 180,000 SC, and parts add another 70,000SC. Repairs of components and equipment other than a standard service will be extra and this will be discussed and agreed to before work begins.

Kind regards,

Yes, being a vessel primarily made by civilian grade technologies, I imagine it wouldn't be too much work. Just the tune up and an adjustment to the transponder is all I request. The new designation being '\S/'Velorum rather than it's current transponder of '\S/'NX-01. To me it sounds too much like a serial number than a name.

If the quote for this kind of service is in total 250,000,000 credits, I'm happy to pay to have your crews work on my ship. What is the best account to pay into? As I'd like to pay in advance.

As Always, Godspeed

Subject: Awaiting Service

I have arrived at Baltimore, the '\S/'NX-01 moored in servicing bay Delta. The credits have been paid in full via a secure link. I shall take my leave to the bar on station, a drink is warranted after my brief experience in Omicron Nu yesterday. Please do give me a full diagnostic report, I do like reading through those when I have the time to do so.

As Always, Godspeed
