Part I
HELP, RESTARTS & CONNECTICUT

In-game Help

Displays a help screen in the chatlog with all server commands.

Use one of the faction codes in the next command.

This command will "restart" your brand new character. Changing it's ship, loadout, location, ID & IFF to match the requested faction.

Be mindful you are unable to enter this system when your cargo is not empty.

Chatting In-Game

The first command send a message into "Local Chat"
Local is where all nearby players can see your message.

Second one will push a message into "System Chat"
System is where all players within your current system receives the message.

Last one is "Group Chat"
All players within the same group will get the message, regardless of location.

Example will show how to change Hardpoint 3 to show a Medium Cyan light.

SECURE A FACTION TAG

Use this command to create a new tag. Creating a new tag costs 500 000 sc.

The <tag> parameter is a 3-23 letter tag.
The <master password> is the password used to drop the faction tag (in order to change the master password) or to set the rename password.
The <description> is intended to provide an indication of the group that owns tag, i.e. their name and officiality status.

Use this command to delete a tag.
The <tag> and <master password> parameters should be the same as used in the /maketag command.
Dropping the tag and re-creating it is the only way to change the master password.

This command is used to set or clear the rename password.
The <tag> and <master password> parameters should be the same as used in the /maketag command.
If this password is set then people must use /renameme to create a ship name starting with this tag.
If not, the tag is owned, but unprotected.

Use this if you'd like to rename a current ship into one that uses a Faction Tag.
Be mindful that this uses the password that was set when the Tag was locked down.

SPECIAL FEATURES

Trade Lane and Gate Scanning Network - TLAGSNET

This network is specifically designed for all Police Factions, the Lane Hackers and Nomads to track player movement throughout SIrius.
Only tracks movement via Jump Gates and Trade Lanes within designated areas, determined by the factions above.

Use the following command while playing Police or Hackers to start recording player movement:

No Docking

Available only to Official Police factions, the no dock command prevents the targeted player
from docking on bases. This enables the Police to enforce laws without the target escaping.

Bounty Tracking

The following command will print out the target player's ID, IFF, ship type, and name, alongside a timestamp.
This command is specifically designed for Freelancers or Bounty Hunters to claim their rewards with appropriate proof.

Self-explanatory, you can turn on / off your shields without taking fire.

Displays info relating to your connection to the server. Latency, fluctuation, etc.

Details : create a waypoint in your current system at selected coordinates

Command : /wpp playerName
Details : create a waypoint on top of selected group member

Command : /rally
Details : attempts to plot waypoints to your current position for your group members

Command : /missionbug
Details : attempts to forcefully abort your mission, only intended use case is to try and fix the 'invite mission bug'

I've requested this before the patch and was told it was put on the looooong list of things to do, so this is just a patient reminder only.
I had seen videos of where there was a command much like the /stuck command, but it was usable on stuck NPC ships to clear the lane entry point.
If we could get that someday, it would be Awesome!
