I have discussed it with fellows agents and the Directorate themselves. Indeed. The Directorate is always favoring cooperating, regardless the entity, if it means making our chances of survival as a species better.

I can safely say that the Gallic National Intelligence can agree without more deliberation to reply to your list of demands with these:

• No aggression in the Omicrons between agents;
  
• We have no real feud so the second point is void;
  
• We agree on the importance of the Taus and their intrinsic value, and that cooperation amongst the players of the Tau sector should be more developed, henceforth, this communication can be the beginning of a commission on the Nomad threat that emerged in the Taus;
  
• The Nomad threat is a threat we are unwilling to let loose;
  
• Refer to point n°2;
  
• We have not put in place any restriction in terms of travel in the Taus, making the last point natural.
  

In short, I believe this can be the beginning of a Commission to protect our Houses, even after all that has happened, against the Nomad threat that emerged in the Tau sector. One step at a time. If needed, and, honestly preferably, we can serve as Gallia's vector for this type of foreign affairs and discuss with Kusari's government in general about this.

However, we are not interested in pursuing hostile agendas against other intelligence entities, such as MND, or The Order, without real reason. We are therefore unable to access to your last request but we are certain this last request is not the priority for you and the Kusari Office of Intelligence. We are open to joint operations indeed, but not at the expenses of lives of other people we have no reason to cut short.

As for the exchange of intelligence between our office, indeed. We gladly accept as long as it goes both ways.
