Ze modular installation contains of at least 2 weapon plattforms. If you cannot provide ze respective permission, zis would be a violation of §7.9.3..
I zank you for granting me docking permission, but I need to inform you, zat ze construction of cloaking device manufacturing facilities is restricted to Rheinland corporations only as declared in §7.9.4.. You are also encouraged to adjust your inspection time to be between 5pm SMT and 10pm SMT , as it currently violates §7.9.5.

I hereby levy a warning fine of 500.000 sc, which has to be paid to ze KPR|Bank and I encourage you to apply for an approval.

Should you miss ze transfer of your fine or I cannot see any efforts to receive a proper registration until ze 5z January 835, any furzer operation of ze installation will be treated as violation of §7.10. and will be treated accordingly.

it is an unwritten rule wizin Rheinland to include proof of transfers to messages. I don't have access to ze above mentioned bank account and cannot confirm ze transfer. For ze moment I simply believe you. Should I get information about a misconduct, I'll come back to you regarding zis matter.

Regarding ze registration of ze modular installation:

She begins to speak very slowly and clearly.

You can find the neural net channel of the Modular base registry in the attachment of the previous message. I'm aware the bureaucratic process in Rheinland can take up to several weeks. It is therefore sufficient to make the application. Please note the applications requires a processing fee of additional 500.000 sc. Once you requested the approval, the Reichstag of Rheinland will decide about the fate of your installation. I'll cancel further actions against your installation as soon as I get the confirmation of your request.

Regarding the Xeno relics:

At the moment I see you as a gallic freelancer, who is not able to follow simple laws - so let me warn you:
The cargo you desire should not be transported by inexperienced captains and is therefore considered as contraband according to §2.2.. For your own safety I won't tell you, where or how you can acquire them. I also don't know, where you get plans for a cloaking device facility from, but as cloaking devices are restricted to law enforcement only within Rheinland (as declared in §2.3.4.), I suggest you simply cancel the ongoing construction.
