Kaiserliche Polizei Rheinland - Kaiserliche Polizei Rheinlands - 01-14-2010 Banner created by Alpha.Wolf. BACKGROUND - KAISERREICHSPOLIZEI
After the 80 years war against the GMG, the remaining members of the Rheinwehr were forced to withdraw back to New Berlin and surrounding systems. With the military weakened, a period of civil unrest followed causing an increase in criminal activity across Rheinland. To counter the growing increase in crime against the civilian population, a council of high ranking military officers quickly formed a federal police agency. This agency was responsible for the enforcement of Rheinland law, civilian and trade protection, the staffing and management of Vierlande Prison, as well as line of planetary prisons, the suppression of subversive and rebel groups, and personal protection to the Chancellor. As a civil war in Rheinland broke out on the late 820's A.S., the Federal Polizei changed sides and chose to fight for the Kaiser, as the Kaiserliche Polizei Rheinlands. After several years of hard-won experience, the Kaiserliche Polizei Rheinland are an elite police organization. BACKGROUND - GRENZSCHUTZ GARDE
Since its foundation, the Bundesgrenzschutz has operated as a small department of the Rheinwehr, until 826 where KPR and GG decided to amalgamate. GG will use all established stations, prisons, comms and assets with the RFP. Under the direct command of the Inspekteur der Polizei. They serve to protect Rheinland from criminals, criminal organisations as well as Military officers who have gone rogue or AWOL. They are suitable equipped to take on the challenges the KPR face, as well as its new tasks. BACKGROUND - KAISERLICHE GEHEIMPOLIZEI
The Kaiserliche Geheimpolizei (Imperial Secret Police), also referred to as the KGP, is a division of the Kaiserliche Polizei Rheinland (Imperial Police) concerned with matters of internal state security, information gathering, counter-espionage and state loyalty. Formed in response to the defection of the Buro Der Marineintetelligenz (Office of Naval Intelligence), The Geheimpolizei has become the Imperialist's de-facto intelligence agency, forced to expand and adapt to combat countless new threats, both internal and external. Composed of loyalist intelligence forces, promising detectives and policemen with skill in undercover, cladestine and other unsavory operations, the KGP acts with ruthless efficiency to fill the void left by traitorous fifth columnists. Silencing opposition, quashing civil unrest and otherwise acting as the shadowy left hand of the new Empire. GOALS
1. Ensure that necessities and luxuries are able to pass through Rheinland space without fear of pirate intervention. 2. Maintain Rheinland space's security & safety through regular space patrols, crime investigation, analysis, prevention and prosecution. 3. Suppress civilian rebel groups, such as the Bundschuh movement, aswell as destruction of the Federal Movement. Resort to lethal force only if this's completely neccessary. 4. Ensure space communication channels are used appropriately and free from encrypted or provocative transmissions. Any informants working for the revolutionary forces are to be arrested for further interrogation in order to close gaps in our security. 5. If it is necessary, assist the Rheinwehr against foreign invasions. In extreme cases, cooperate even with Rheinland patriots regardless of their legal status for assistance against these threats. 6. Monitor bypassing cargo to secure economic well-being and safety of Rheinland, control the flow of traffic in order to ensure efficiency of trade lane network in Rheinland. 7. Elimination, prevention of Wild activities, with following atomization and purification of their ships and bodies. Even remains are to be destroyed immediately after disruption of Wild's "life". We're not sure what's that, however that's dangerous. 8. To engage and detain any rogue or AWOL Rheinwehr or any federal MND personal, to ensure their safety and the state security of information *only an additional Grenzschutz Garde goal RANKING STRUCTURE
