Well if hypothetically BS were all being increased in price by 100M, I'd buy a load of BSs now and sell them in 4.86.

I really really doubt it, if anything they should become cheaper.
The gap between Battlecruiser > Battleship pricing doesnt make a lot of sense really and speaks to the paranoia about BS spam.
It was sorta relieved by making BS Lisences no longer required, but you still need the 750m +/- to acess the ship transfer window to dump the BS scanner.
Prolly staying the same.
