I really really doubt it, if anything they should become cheaper.

The gap between Battlecruiser > Battleship pricing doesnt make a lot of sense really and speaks to the paranoia about BS spam.

It was sorta relieved by making BS Lisences no longer required, but you still need the 750m +/- to acess the ship transfer window to dump the BS scanner.

Prolly staying the same.
