        Areas of Interest

        Nebulae

        Austera Nube

When the Outcasts first explored the outskirts of the Omicron Alpha system, not many had been looking forward to exploring the Austera Nebula. Not only were nebulae prone to housing unforeseen hazards, the Outcasts were also suspecting that they were encroaching dangerously close to the space occupied by the Nomads. While the Nomads had not been hostile to the Outcasts, the latter were unwilling to provoke them for fear of breaching what was perceived to be an uneasy peace. The Austera Nebula was eventually surveyed, indicating two large bodies of mass within the otherwise resourceless area. The Outcasts have been cautious of outsiders trying to explore the Austera Nebula.

        Siniestre Cloud

        >>>WARNING: NAVIGATIONAL HAZARD<<<

A large Edge nebula. Rumored to be used as a burial ground for Outcast pilots and their ships.

        Asteroid Fields

        Corsica Fragments

The field of fragments has tailed the giant eerie rock long before the Outcasts first discovered the lifeless Corsica asteroid. While it is not known what originally led to the catastrophe or how exactly Corsica looked before it, due to the amount of fragments left behind, it is assumed that the asteroid was once a planetoid inside the Austera Nube. With the Corsica Complex being surrounded by a minefield, it is not seldom that fragments collide with the mines and set them off, thus destroying them. However, the families that sustain the Corsica Outer Sanctum are not shy to pump ridiculous amounts of money into its maintenance and security.

        Mahon Dust Cloud

A medium-sized field of fine particulate matter.

        Hispania Debris Field

SCANNING...... profiling indicates that there is a 78.3% probability that this field is the remains of the sleeper ship Hispania.

        Wrecks

        Viking - D-6

The wreckage of the Viking, flown by Bounty Hunter Kelly Nielson.

        Contains:

        Outcast Fighter - F-4

An Outcast tomb. This ship contains the deceased pilot and his most prized possessions.
