A large Edge nebula in the east part of Omicron Alpha. Heavy Outcast presence is reported in the area.
Austera Nube
When the Outcasts first explored the outskirts of the Omicron Alpha system, not many had been looking forward to exploring the Austera Nebula. Not only were nebulae prone to housing unforeseen hazards, the Outcasts were also suspecting that they were encroaching dangerously close to the space occupied by the Nomads. While the Nomads had not been hostile to the Outcasts, the latter were unwilling to provoke them for fear of breaching what was perceived to be an uneasy peace. The Austera Nebula was eventually surveyed, indicating two large bodies of mass within the otherwise resourceless area.

During the early days of colonization, the Outcasts actively explored and charted Omicron Alpha to familiarize themselves with their claimed territory. While venturing into the northeastern part of the system, they discovered an eerie purple nebula. Few dared to enter, and even fewer returned, bringing back chilling tales of unknown entities within the cloud. In response, the Outcasts immediately restricted access to the nebula until more information could be gathered.
Word spread, however, of mysterious entities resembling gods, technologically far more advanced than early humans. As superstition took hold, more people began believing these stories, eventually forming various sects. They declared the nebula Zonas Sagradas - a sacred zone - and forbade anyone but the most devoted followers from entering. Rumors say there is a particular area of the nebula serving as an Outcast burial ground.
