          Areas of Interest

          Nebulae

          Smoky Hill Nebula

A field of dark matter in a remote region of Kansas system. The nebula was never explored, enter at your own risk.

          Tuttle Creek Nebula

Tuttle Creek is an unexplored nebula on the outskirts of Kansas system.

          Asteroid Fields

          Dodge Asteroid Field

A field of rock asteroids in Kansas system. The field was never explored for presence of valuable minerals. No unlawful ships detected.

          Overland Park Asteroid Field

A field of rock asteroids within Kansas system. No pirate presence has been detected during initial surveys.

          Arkansas Ice Asteroid Field

A large field of ice asteroids in Kansas system. Some of the asteroids contain mainly of water ice, but the field's remote location does not allow efficient use of water deposits.

          Wrecks

          Leander - H-6/5

Leander was a civilian heavy fighter, most likely belonging to a Pennsylvania Freelancer who was exploring Kansas' asteroid fields. For reasons unknown, the ship's engines failed; there was no one to call for help in this desolate system. The ship's transponder and pilot registration have been badly falsified, leaving the pilot's identity a mystery.

          Contains:

          Rattlesnake - F/G-2

The Lane Hacker who once owned this craft was clearly a skilled and wealthy pilot considering the number of customizations on his Sabre. However, in the vasts of Kansas system combat skills matter less than a properly maintained engine fueling system. Attracted by strange emissions from the Tuttle Creek Nebula, the pilot had just enough fuel to approach the source of this emission, hoping that there is a base or a ship where he might get help. He never knew what the true source was.

          Contains:

          Demeter - B/A-7

This Dromedary-class freighter once belonged to an independent space explorer. In the Kansas system, he was unlucky enough to stumle upon a Lane Hacker patrol. After refusing to give out the cargo, the pirates disabled the ship's engines, boarded the ship, and took all goods their ships were able to carry.

          Contains:

          Farrow - C-1

Farrow is a Liberty Navy Defender that was damaged in a fight with pirates in the Magellan system. The pilot noticed the jump hole into Kansas on his radar and directed his ship there. However, the navigation systems of the ship were damaged, and it was never able to find its way back to base.

          Contains:

          Mosley - G-6/7

This Wolfhound once belonged to a famed Molly named Galway Connelly. His ship was lost in Manchester system after his patrol was engaged by Bretonia Navy fighters, however, it remains unknown how it ended up in a remote region of the Kansas system. Fate of Connelly himself is also a mystery.

          Contains:

          Jamaica - G-6/5

The wreck of the Jamaica, Junker ship carrying a cargo of synthetic marijuana. Apparently, rogues in Humboldt prefer cardamine.

          Contains:

          Jump Gates/Holes

          Target System Type Location
          Unknown Jump Gate F-2
          Pennsylvania Jump Hole B-3
          Vespucci Jump Hole B-6
