Built upon the back of the lessons learned during the first truly large scale battles in which Gallic forces were committed, the Cougar is a direct upgrade in every conceivable way when compared to earlier Gallic bombers which relied heavily on archaic kinetic weaponry. Even now, its iconic nature render it a design that is unlikely to be phased out in favor of a newer design. More likely is that it will see continued retrofits to keep with the times and tides of war.
