Type VI "Nagareboshi" Engine
The Nagareboshi - "Shooting Star" - Engines were designed by the Golden Chrysanthemums, who until the year 828 were relying on the engines of the civilian market to power their ships. Over the years, the Sisterhood became less dependant on the Kusari civilian market and started designing and constructing their own ships. This in turn brought on the desire to abandon civilian engines in favor of a new kind of engine of their own design. They envisioned power, speed, and optimisation for the hardware of their own making. The end result of this venture is the "Nagareboshi".
