The Fairmont is a new construction, built within the same system she now defends. Her crew is tasked with defending Zone 63, and specifically with keeping tabs on the Alaska Jump Hole. Patrols from the Fairmont are regularly seen performing training flights between Planet Roanoke and Morgantown Station, posturing and preparing for a day that hopefully never comes.
