Outcast flag

Hi. Thanks for updating the Outcast Vector flag. Unfortunately it didn't work too well, so I have reverted it until we can get it working properly. I don't know WHY it didn't work, but none of the smaller images that used it showed up. It was a good try. System pages needing an update

Please do not edit the System pages needing an update page except for adding crossing them with the <no-wiki> </no-wiki> so we know what to edit. Pages you moved should actually have stood where they where, except for the omicron lost page. Still the omicron lost page isnt done. Take example on the completed pages to know what is completed, look at the info, the pictures, etc. "Skatepro0 16:21, 3 September 2009 (MDT)"
