Universal Shipping constructed St. Albans as an auxiliary shipyard in 821 A.S. with the help of generous investment from the Liberty government and the unspoken promise of future shipping contracts related to construction within the Virginia system. Since then, it has grown surprisingly quickly to become an important endpoint for all sorts of shipments, as well as a place for contractors and corporate representatives who have business with the Liberty Navy to meet and negotiate in quiet with ease.
