Continuous plunder under high risk is profitable. Profit brings respect, profit is money, money buys everything, even lives. This is the code Bayne was taught to live by. All emotion except for jealousy, envy and rage never played a larger role on Buffalo. Early times

Jediah was born on Buffalo base, as a son of a lowly Liberty Rogue, and grew up in a life full of tension, immorality and harassment. He was tasked with cleaning ships and the base corridors and with all sorts of manual tasks. No-one payed attention to the little Jediah, thinking off him as a slow little kid, while in truth he was growing to be a man more and more every day. He was never expected to earn his wings, and was intended to live on the base for the rest of his life, doing hard manual labor. His life carried on like this all until he murdered his father, after long years of abuse which he wouldn't take anymore.

After this he was immediately accepted as a Rogue with no remorse, which he in truth didn't have. Long years of abuse and hard life on a rock full of criminals hardened him, making him worse than most. He was taken into training by some older Rogues, learning all skills that he would need to survive as a pirate - intimidation, extortion and fast getaway in case of retribution from the law.

Alcohol, Drugs and Sin

Continuous plunder under high risk is profitable. Profit brings respect, profit is money, money buys everything, even lives. This is the code Bayne was taught to live by. All emotion except for jealousy, envy and rage never played a larger role on Buffalo. To steal from those who had more than you, to kill those who you disliked, it was a way to progress, through the ranks, gain fear and respect.
