Why don't we just remove the Spyglass scanner, unless you have a lhgs, there is absolutely no reason to use it over a Bs scanner

Either:
A. Remove the nerfs
B. Don't change anything.
Why are regular scanners insufficient for a Lane Hacker?

Make the Spyglass a LHGS Only sort of thing
