Good evening Liberty,

Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Rachel Winterton, co-founder of the Ingenuus Research Facilities. I'm sure that you've begun to hear of us eventually over the past few months as we've taken a slight interest in making some contracts with Liberty. You may also recall some collaboration between Bethlehem Station in Pennsylvania.

Bethlehem actually is the reason why you're receiving this transmission in your inbox. Our numbers are not the largest. 70% of our employees work on the Facilities, 25% work on Bethlehem where our cooperate headquarters is stationed, while the rest are either off on Diplomatic talks or establishing contracts.

As of late, there have been a few bumps which have come up, due to the separation between the Omicrons where the facilities are kept stationed for most of the time, and where some of the work happens in Bethlehem, there have been times here and there where a closer proximity of the facility and base would be greatly beneficial to ourselves.

In turn of this, we would like to request full fledged terms and conditions for movement of the facility through Liberty space, into Pennsylvania. There are a few things which we cannot adhere to regretfully when it comes to standard procedure after a little research in cases like this.

- Weapon systems are unable to be removed. Only powered down.
- The presence of one singular 'Nomad Power Cell' will be visible on scans of the facilities.
- Hyperspace windows throw the facilities into disarray, causing potential overloads and failures of sensitive points around the facilities.

I understand that these can be some rather.. troublesome conditions for you forces, as the facility can, and will most likely be recognized as a foreign warship within Liberty space. While we do not have much but our word to go off of that we will not be causing trouble, I would like to take it a step forward and encourage the hostility of Liberty if we were to do something not within our bounds. We are not here to pick a fight. We are not a militant group. The weaponry is for defense only, to this date, they have never seen the light of day besides system tests.

We aim to make some contracts with Liberty. A few projects that we have been working on can prove quite beneficial to the house. Due to the proximity of the Cooperate headquarters in Pennsylvannia, dealings with the House of Liberty is much more desired than collaborating with other houses for various bits of technology.

I understand that you may be worried about some risks of the Nomadic entity aboard the vessel. You'd be insane if you were not worried. I have put together a report which you may hand out to your scientists that explains some concepts, highly focusing on the failsafe systems of the energy cell. I'd think that you'd much be at ease with a device like this around you. There is nothing to worry about. If there was, we wouldn't approach Liberty.

We are willing to work in your terms, we hold no ill will nor intent towards Liberty. Merely the hopes of Collaboration. If there is anything you require from us, please let me know. We'll work something out if possible.

Thank you for your time.
Miss Rachel Winterton;

This is rather an unusual request. Before we continue, however, we need to know and discuss several details, for matters of safety and security.

Does your facility have modular docking capabilities? What kind of cargo, if any, is are you likely to be transporting through Liberty Space? What kind of scanning array is installed on board?

Similar to our standard for mercenary contractors, we also need visual evidence of your IFF Transponder configuration, showing at least positive-neutral reputation with the Liberty Forces.

Once given this information, we will further consider your proposal.

We greatly appreciate the timely response,

We've taken a look at your requests, and have put together a document with the information that you require. I've attached that below along with a few notes after thinking of things from your point of view. Hopefully this can be of some help.

Quote:
-----Ingenuus Capacity Specsheet-----

*Reputation Sheet -- Link Included --
*Modular Docking Bay Status: 2 Modules Installed -- Reserved for Ingenuus personnel, these however we can lock down and forbid access during presence in Liberty Space. An API will be created if necessary for your naval ships to verify they are empty.
*Military Grade 'Battleship Scanner' installed
*Standardized Cargo and Crew
1) 50 Crew-members
2) 10 Marines *Trained for internal damage control, and experiment overwatch. These men have zero experience for assault. Personnel records available upon request
3) 30 Tonnes of Nanotubes
4) 1 Nomad Power Cell
5) 150 Scientists

-- The following specs are pending to change, another chassis more fitting to our operations is under construction. The new model will be quite a bit less.. powerful, more in favor of defenses rather than balanced offense and defense --
-- If these do indeed change at any point, the facilities will restrict itself from entering Liberty space until a secondary approval has been made with the changes --
Miss Rachel Winterton;

A path has been devised for your vessel to travel along while in Liberty Space.

Starting at the Kepler end, this path extends from the Kepler Jump Gate in Colorado, to Planet Gunnison then Pueblo and the New York Jump Gate via trade lane. From the Colorado Jump Gate to Baltimore Shipyard, then Planet Manhattan, over to West Point, and to the Pennsylvania Jump Gate. Once there, proceed to Philadelphia then Bethlehem.

Please do not deviate from this path. However, your "facility" is granted a ten kilometer radius around it as leeway, and is authorized to travel up to twenty-five kilometers around Bethlehem Station. When about to traverse Liberty Space from one base to another, please contact any Liberty Forces ships available to notify them of your intentions. An escort is preferred, but not required.

Finally, as a security deposit fee to ensure cooperattion, forward 100,000,000ยข to Ferris.Dufresne at your earliest convenience. Do understand these precautions we are taking. I do not wish to make this process overly tedious, but making sure these matters are done properly is paramount.

Good day.

Greetings there lad -

Finn McCool here, Director of the IRG. On behalf of Rachel and myself, we greatly appreciate your willingness t' accept our request for travel within Liberty Space.

As requested, below is ta receipt of funds necessary t' see this permit fully granted. We will move our facility t' Bethlehem within ta next couple of days, at which point you will more than likely see increased IRG vessels within ta area, though of smaller class of course.

Good day. Finn out.
