Previous Occupation: Technician aboard Naha.
Background: Miss Tamagochi has several generations of family within the Guild. She was born and raised on Naha, though she attended technical classes on Honshu and Aomori.

Most of her life was dedicated to maintenance and gas miner repairs on Naha. During pirate raids she would assist with station defences - configuring weapons systems. In the last few years she began to travel with salvage and rescue crews into the nebulas, spurred on by a relationship with a promising young GMG pilot. The relationship failed but a desire to fly was left with her.

With a recent lowering of staff numbers aboard Naha, an opportunity to enroll in flight school opened for her. Although Azuki was relatively old for a new pilot - the demand for pilots (combined with reasonable test scores) proved to be of benefit to Azuki.

Azuki hopes find moderate success as a trader, then perhaps settle down herself to raise a family - who can say for certain what the fates hold in store...

Background: Sum is a fresh new pilot, straight out of aerospace school. Sum was born on Aomori Station, and spent his senior high school years on Honshu (rather than take an apprenticeship aboard a Gas Miner).

Sum has a strong affinity for Kusari and her people due to the years spent on Honshu. Sum is deeply troubled by the ongoing hostilities between Kusari and the Blood Dragons - he has former school friends who are on both sides of that conflict.

However, it is the loss of other friends and family due to pirate raids that has affirmed his decision to join the Security Division. Sum now has no family that trade - they either took up new jobs or never came back from their journeys.

Sum is not burning with vengeance like some other Guild pilots, but the embers are still stoked with every combat encounter...

Background:
Edgar was born 779A.S. on planet Baden-Baden. He is the middle child in a caring and supportive family.

At the age of 30, 809A.S. he graduated from Baden Research University with a Doctor's degree in Health and Social Behaviour.

In 810A.S., as Chancellor Nikolaus Reinhardt was elected into office, his family had to leave Rheinland space and moved to Kusari space as political exiles.

After numerous attempts to get a job in Medical R&D Edgar started working for a private security firm employed by Kishiro Technologies Industry. During the period 811A.S. to 815A.S. he is deployed on different escort missions.

During this time he also meets the woman that he marries in 812A.S.

Early 815A.S., shortly after devorcing his wife, he decides to move to planet Honshu.

In 817A.S. (present day?) Rheinland operatives traces down his family, but they manage to escape and Edgar looses contact with them. A friend at Kishiro Tech. gives Edgar the advice to seek out the Gas Miners Guild to avoid detection by the Rheinlander operatives.

Greetings honoured guildmasters, here is your application form, filled in to the best of my ability:

Background: I used to work as an escort pilot for Samura, earning a steady wage, which kept me and my family quite happy.

However, this happy state of affairs was interrupted while I was away on an escort mission in Liberty. My family were killed in an attack by "unknown agressors" (according to the Kusari government, at least). The followup investigation was sketchy and they claimed that they "could not trace the attackers". Disatisfied by the whole buisness, and lacking faith in our leaders, I resigned from my position and took to wandering the area.

I was not inclined to join either of the criminal movements in Kusari, never being a fan of the Crysanthemum's Cardamine usage ('tho I respect some of their ideals), and not having the devotion to join the Dragons.

Eventually, my meanderings brought me out to the Sigmas, where I find that the GMG is recruiting...so here I am.

To Mai Suma, I offer my condolences and I am sorry to hear of the lack of commitment put into finding the ones responsible, such dishonour! We will put you in as a Rookie for now and see your devotion, when measured and put in as a permenant employee you'll see how close knit we are and any wrong done to you is the same as doing it to all GMG. To Park Jisung, we've noticed you around young man, you have become regular face on Naha and you seem to have already found friends amongst GMG employees. I think you are now old enough to be put you to the test. You will be a Rookie for starters and see how you handle a combat ship and whether you know who our enemies and friends are. I'll say this now to avoid future issues, security division is there to protect not kill. Protect our bases, trade lanes, jump gates and transports. THe Sigmas are a rough place and you don't need to go looking for trouble to find it. Welcome aboard.
