Guten Tag

I would like to request to deliver Synthfood cargo to various stations within Rheinland space. Mainly to Rheinland Military Stations, Rheinland Police and Marinenachrichtendienst if it pleases you.

This will include to the front lines as well, to make sure the soldiers there are well feed.
Currently we have established a Trade Center in Sigma-21.

These will take preference over other Synthfood deliveries of course. As I feel that we should not have room for error, in letting outside parties influence how much resources is sent to the front lines, especially ones that directly affects the health of our army.

The Büro of the Marinenachrichtendienst is grateful that your faction does these deliveries. Unfortunately we cannot let your vessels neither into the Westerwald, nor into Thüringen, because these parts of Rheinland are Sperrgebiet yet. But as you maybe know, the Büro keeps a small contingent of agents aboard Mainz Storage Facility for an agreement made decades ago for the usage of storing needed maintenance and supply cargo. Cargo warehouses 14 & 15 while under the property ownership of Republican Shipping, all cargo, authority and access are entirely controlled by the BDM. We would ask you to deliver the cargo there, our Logistik will care about the transport to the Westerwald and further into the Sperrzone. You would help the agency with that. It is also good to know about your Trade Center an the front, but please send us the exact location, that we know where to send the agents in this region, if they require supplies.

It is rare that a civilian takes as much note, nor as good care, of the interests of the military. For centuries, the Rheinland Military has prided itself on its relationship with your company, and count ourselves fortunate to continue with Republican Shipping providing such substantial logistical support all across Rheinland.

Of course, we are pleased to hear of your commitment to operating closer to the front lines that previous Chief Executive Officers. Although restricted areas will of course continue to be operated by the Heereslogistikamt, the Logistik department will no doubt be pleased to hear of your efforts, in particular in regard to the shipment of Synthpaste. While foodstuffs may not be a glamorous part of war, it is no less vital than the heroism of our Soldaten.

Finally, given the need for movement of large amounts of equipment during war, I have no doubt that additional contracts for the shipment of supplies will be issued in due course. I hope you will work toward those contracts with the same drive. You may rest assured that the patriotic efforts of you and your company have not gone unnoticed.
