Guten tag Konteradmiral Reinhardt von Ehrenberg,
I hope you are well. We have had some dealings in the past, and we going to have many more in the future. In the light of this, I would like to request a recommendation of trustworthiness to haul Azurite Gas through Rheinland and if needed due to unlawfuls, to store it on Duisburg until it is safe again.
If Rheinland Federal Police grant us permission, I would like to request the assistance of the Rheinwehr from time to time to assist in escorting us through Rheinland space.
We have done our homework with regards to dealing with unlawfuls and to evade them before they become a threat to the convoy.
I hope to get a favourable response.

From our work together in recent months, I know you to be a most loyal and trustworthy Rheinlander. However, in accordance with the laws of Rheinland, my staff have conducted the proper investigation into your request.
After review of the records of Republican Shippings actions within Rheinland, and most imporantly, their records in relation to Criminal Activity along with their transport safety record, the Rheinland Military feels confident in offering their Recommendation of Trust to you. In our eyes, you and your staff at Republican Shipping maintain the high moral standard and reputation we expect and show an industrious spirit with their actions.
Please note that this Recommendation does not absolve you from the proper legal procedure, nor the requirement to complete all necessary paperwork and permits.
In regard to your request for assistance from Rheinwehr forces. As you know, the Rheinland Military maintains a strong presence of forces and patrols through our space. As we have in the past with vital convoy operations, we will of course make every effort to coordinate the appropriate escort forces with our colleagues from the Bundespolizei. However, I need hardly remind you that Rheinland is in a state of war, and even in peace we cannot reasonably or practicably provide escort cover for every lone vessel. Nonetheless, allow me to assure you that the Rheinwehr continues to take the security and safety of merchant traffic extremely seriously. We are committed to working with our civilian partners to make a better, safer, Sirius for all. Therefore, I will leave the details of security arrangements necessary for the permit to be issued in the hands of my colleagues with the Bundespolizei.
On a more personal note, I'm pleased to have heard that you escaped the recent Unioner attack on your person after our recent meeting. I trust it has not shaken you too much.
