Duisburg (New Berlin)
Duisburg was constructed in haste to remove all personnel from Ingolstadt and Munich to a more central location for 2 reasons. The main reason is due to the dark matter storm spreading in Munich, as well with the war with GMG and Kusari, leaving the HQ at Ingolstadt would possibly allow GMG to cut there connection to other stations. Since Duisburg has been established Ingolstadt has been systematically evacuated, and staff moved to Duisburg or to other stations. Duisburg started as a modular base, and over time will be upgraded and expanded to become the HQ of Republican Shipping indefinitely.
Proposed plans will to make Duisburg on a grand scale, with Solar Arrays, Biodomes, storage capacity in the event of a Republican Station being put out of service, a dry dock to handle sensitive projects.
Harrismith (Omicron Rho)
Harrismith was constructed shortly after Duisburg due to the inflow of contracts from the Core. This station was constructed to be a warehouse for local ores and a resting stop for travellers. Republican Shipping hopes that if the Core expands, they would use Harrismith as a collection point. With Republican Shipping given permission to ship Azurite Gas through Rheinland, Harrismith has storage modules to house it due to the Nomad presence in Omicron Delta. This helps keeping the flow of Azurite even when Nomads venture into Delta.
Freeport X (Omega 3)
Freeport X was originally constructed by a small group of Zoners called OTZ (Omega Trading Zoners). The main purpose of this station was to store and trade the local ores from Omega 3, Omega 7 and Omega 2. It remained undetected for a long time. Operations slowed down due to the close proximity to unlawfuls such as RHA and TBH, C:. The risk of leading them to the station was high. The station was sold off to another group of Freelancers led by Kevin Reed. In March of 826AS, Republican Shipping while trying to dodge the Junker pirates from hitting the convoy, the unexpectedly came across Freeport X. Once the convoy returned to Rheinland, the information was passed onto the Executive board. After many discussions, Kevin Reed was contacted in order to purchase the station to be used as an outpost and a half way house if Omega 3 became hostile again. Since then Freeport X has been maintained and used when needed.
Kitten Shelter (Orkney)
Kitten Shelter was discovered in Orkney by Republican Shipping after the Anomaly appearances. It was heavily damaged from neglect and life support system was offline. A repair vessel was sent to repair the hull of the station and to restore the life support. Due to its distance from supply points, it is rarely maintained, just enough to keep it operational. It is used to be a refilling station for scientific vessels interested in the Anomalies. The future plans for the station is to restore it to fully operational and use it as a storage point and half way house for the gold route between Bretonia and Gallia.
Handelsdepot Lubeck (Sigma 21 Saigon Orbit) - Destroyed, Reconstruction put on hold
Rheinland Military contacted Republican Shipping to construct a station in orbit of Planet Saigon. The construction started and went smoothly over the following few days. Soon after GMG and their allies came in numbers and attacked the station. Meetings were held to put priority on this stations construction, to ensure all materials were readily available to to fast track the construction. The second attempt went a bit better. Station construction was on schedule and the Shield module was completed and operational. Unfortunately GMG struck again with their allies, destroying it. The crew escaped to Planet Saigon. The third attempt has not been decided if it will happen before or after the end of Kusari/Rheinland war.
