Greetings to the crew members, scientists and researchers around the Houses, Independent Worlds, Border Worlds and more.

My name is Leon Vicci, I run an organisation called Starfliers - you may or may not have heard of us. My transmission today relates to the survival and continuation of my company. Recently we have been diagnosed with varying degrees of radiation poisoning having been living in the Kepler System since the early months of 828 AS. The Dark Matter Storm here has made things very difficult to continue our work. We are in the process of deciding what we are wanting to do in terms of leaving Kepler and moving our massive databanks of information. Either we find somewhere else to live, or try to remove our home base from Kepler and relocate it into a different world.

What I am asking today is if our ships could reside on your stations for a short time until we can sort ourselves out. Outside of the Dark Matter Storm. Most of our ships are civilian light fighter crafts, and our crew has been offered assistance by Cryer Pharmaceuticals to recover from our condition. Our work has gathered quite a bit of research into anomalies, rifts and orbital layouts of sectors. We are more than happy to share what we have learned while we are stationed on your bases.

We have met before and Med Force Enterprises has aided your people. If you need to get away for awhile, you may base a ship or two at our hospital in Omega 3 right off of Freeport 1. Perhaps in doing so we can help each other. It needs re-enforced alloy to complete its construction and of course, provisions for the crews and all are close by between Freeport 1 and Leicester station. While there, we can discuss further how we can help you all medically.

The message you sent shows a lot of negative circumstances and therefore we would like to offer your company/organization a temporary office at the NSE installation until you manage to stand on your feet again and fix the current issues.

Our scientists and physicians are willing to initiate a special program for you and your crew, aiming to get rid of the excess radiation in your bodies without affecting the functionality of your main body organs. It is a complicated process and we got the means to do it perfectly. The dark matter storm is definitely a problem, a big problem if I may add, but I am sure that we can use some of its materials for creating better technology for the Sirius sector. The massive databanks of Starfliers are indeed priceless and we would like to offer our main storage facilities and hard drives capabilities to help save your newly coded information. Let us know what we can do to help and we are willing to help from A to Z.

Your ships are most welcome to park for now at our main docking bays terminal until we can fix a special location for storing them more safely. The process of clearing those ships from any excess dark matter is going to happen once they manage to reach our installation docking terminal. The Cryer Pharmaceuticals are our neighbors at the Cambridge system and we share great cooperation of technology and work together so feel comfortable about dealing with us too.

We would like to confirm for you that your information about anomalies, rifts, and orbital layouts of sectors will be safely stored at our main databanks. Greetings to you all. Let me start by saying a massive thank you for offering your bases as a temporary haven for the Starfliers.

Our star charts mark Omega-3, Omega-11 and Cambridge systems as being neighbouring sectors. Once we have scrambled our ships, we will be making our way to Bretonia and the Omega Border Worlds. A skeleton crew will remain in Kepler to keep up with general operations of Starflier Base. We have in the recent past looked into a handful of systems to relocate to, though at this point we'll be dedicating more time and effort into making it happen.

Again, thank you for your generosity in helping the Starfliers.
