Kadett Klaus Lange
Thanks for the heads up we will keep an eye out for him but the evidance you presented doesn't show us that the said Gaian Wildlife was aquired in Bretonia. Indeed this pilot does not have proper ID papers and is not permitted to carry those speciments but he could get those outside Bretonia and deliver them to Rheinland. Anyway - thanks for the intel and we will do our best to prevent such individuals to smuggle around.

The trader Torgo was initially found with unlicensed Military Vehicles. While discussing a resolution, I was fired upon by the vessel. I later ran into the same pilot with a different vessel. Still unwilling to pay the fine, the vessel was destroyed. These actions can also be corroborated by Lt. Col. Tyler of the LNS-Ravenswood.

After several encounters with him today, I am submitting a criminal report on the captain of the civilian vessel Sithis. At first wanted for smuggling Black Market Munitions, this later escalated to include assault and illegal docking to avoid arrest. The perpetrator showed no intentions of leaving Bretonia no matter how many times I ordered or engaged him, so a quick destruction is likely required.
