Indeed this pilot does not have proper ID papers and is not permitted to carry those speciments but he could get those outside Bretonia and deliver them to Rheinland. Still unwilling to pay the fine, the vessel was destroyed. These actions can also be corroborated by Lt. Col. Tyler of the LNS-Ravenswood.
