AMES RESEARCH STATION IS PROUD TO OPEN ITS LABS FOR YOU!

11 Newly equipped Labs customized to handle all you research needs.
Take the opportunity to use a wide range of different products & technologies.
This enables you to prepare yourself for upcoming certification tests
, or to study, learn, and create in a safe area,
all without having to make a significant investment.
Currently 6 labs are already rent!

LAB 2 : 50% of the first floor, Area : 487mÂ² (max capacity : 36)
LAB 3 : 13% of the first floor, Area 130mÂ² (max capacity : 15)
LAB 6 : 10% of the second floor : Area 90mÂ² (max capacity : 11)
LAB 7 : 5% of the second floor : Area 45mÂ² (max capacity : 1)
LAB 8 : 7% of the second floor : Area 70mÂ² (max capacity : 5)
LAB 10 :9% of the second floor : Area 81mÂ² (max capacity : 7)
LAB 11 : 90% of the third floor : Area 900mÂ² (max capacity : 60)

All labs can be equipped with any equipment and technology you need.
You just need to follow some basic rules and pay a small rent per month :

Module I: Food + one office + one room + one ship storage + a sub-lab 500.000 SC/month (Equipment for additional fee)

Module II: : Food + one office + one room + one ship storage 200.000 SC/month (Equipment for additional fee)

Module III: : one office + one room + one ship storage + a sub-lab 470.000 SC/month (Equipment for additional fee)

Groups:

Module I: Food + offices + rooms + ships storages + lab 400.000 SC/month Per person (Equipment for additional fee)

Module II:: Food + office + rooms + one ship storage 180.000 SC/month Per person (Equipment for additional fee)

Module III: office + rooms + ship storage + lab 370.000 SC/month Per person (Equipment for additional fee)

And I guess that you will recruit some scientist.

We can split a lab easily and if anybody else take rooms we can increase your sub-lab part if needed.

Let's see 10 persons so Groups:Module I x 10: 4.000.000 Sc.
So you would rent the whole let's say that the 21 rooms left will cost you just the lab part 220.000 each.
21 x 220.000 = 4.620.000 Sc.

So the total per month will be 8.620.000 Sc.

That is fine sir. We will pay for the first 6 months up front at the signing of the contract, and from that point on we pay on a monthly basis. Should we decide to move you would have six months notice in which to find a new occupant.

Make the contract out to iTi, Independent Transport & Investments, of which I and Maria Delgado are the lead share holders.

Please indicate at what date we would be able to move our operations to your facility.

Security:

1) All personal and scientist MUST NOT endanger the crew and station by experience and test.

2) All Weapon and dangerous test MUST BE DONE outside the station at 20k MINIMUM

Mr. Malone:

The contract is agreeable except for clause #3 under our obligations to Ames Research. While we would share the results of any experiments with you and your chief researcher, we would be hesitate to divulge our findings with other groups operating on Ames.

Our research is privately funded through our own efforts, and we feel that any findings would be proprietary to iTi and only iTi. Is there any way this could be worded so as to satisfy us, that our findings would not fall into the hands of competitors or entities who would misuse our research for their own profit and gain.
