This man was Vincente Andolini, a hardened smuggler of Cardamine and a well famous slaver. At first Maltese Shipping found itself lacking support from the Maltese dons due to a common belief that a shipping company could never succeed in transporting Cardamine, as it would draw too much attention. Against all odds Vincente and his loyal supporters did not give up, instead they spent a few years of successful smuggling and have proven the Maltese dons wrong, finally getting approved in 815 A.S as the first successful Outcast trading company.
Operation Customs
Utilizing a wide array of transportation vessels varying from the smallest freighters to the largest transports, employing top security, ensured a large success rate. Using the routes where the lawful forces of the houses wouldn’t even think of looking for them and holding close bonds with the major houses unlawful populations, provided them with a stealth-like style of operations. If by any chance a Maltese Shipping pilot would be caught, he would deny that he was a member of a such company and that it even existed. Goals and Actions
The primary goal of the MSI is the export of Cardamine to all major houses [color=#CC0000](//except gallia)). The prices of Cardamine in many houses might be low but as the addiction rate grows, so do the prices. Many houses have more lawful and unlawful resistance then others, making our jobs harder or easier by comparison.
MSI tends to give out land loans to ex-slaves that have earned their freedom with hard work and dedication, serving as an example to others. The land loans are there to give the ex-slaves a jump starts, and an opportunity to farm Cardamine grasses giving a share to the MSI and keeping a share for themselves. Currently the MSI has approved 23 land loans with 20/23 plantations are operational and producing Cardamine grasses. The most notable land owner that was an ex-slave is Fanuco Romero, a man that payed back his loan but still continues to give a share to the MSI and is a devoted share holder.
